Review on the store part… just horrible! Waited for the butcher never cane to assist me the woman on the register on the phone finally told me she would help me because the but her was doing something else… i said i would be back later. RIGHT! I was looking at the vegetables they were dry or moldy. very disgusting to say the least! Esta tienda es lo peor toda la verdura seca y hasta hechada a perder!

I recently moved into Cary from Chicago. Desperate to find some great Mexican grub, I stumbled upon this restaurant down the block from my place. There is a Mexican grocery store next door to it. I went in to order a burrito with steak and a horchata. I spoke in Spanish so the last behind the counter could understand me. She was friendly, and it felt like home being there. I think it’s a family owned business. Anyway, I got my food to go. At home I opened up my food, and there were beans and rice as well on the side. That was a major plus! Took a few bites of my burrito, and my goodness it was SO delicious and savory. The beans and rice were good. The horchata was very sweet and rich! I realized the burrito wasn’t greasy and dripping like some burritos I’ve had in the past! I could see every fresh ingredient in it! I will be coming back often for my burrito craving! They also sell bags of cookies, fried pork skin, and soft drinks. This place might not look upscale or fancy, but I’ve had a great experience on my first try and would highly recommend this place. I found my new burrito joint close to home! So happy!

This place is amazing!!! Get the carne al pastor or asada taco or burrito — you won’t be disappointed. So good.

Just horrible. I ordered two chicken tamales that tasted ok until i pulled BONES out of both tamales. I shuld have used better judgment while ordering since the kitcken was a disaster! I havent been able to be more than ten feet from a bathroom because of the poor quality of food.

Stopped at the bar next door and a group of us ordered food from here… everybody loved it! There was one woman cooking all the food herself but it was worth the wait! The tacos and chicken quesadillas were huge and fresh, not to mention great prices.
