Classy Kids Cook!

J and I say it all the time. We got totally rooked as kids. Compared to life in the late 70’s, life for today’s youngsters is, by comparison, Disneyland, everyday. (was it the use of the term «youngster» that made me sound old, or just the overall message?)
Case in point, Classy Kids Cook. This cooking school for kids has afterschool programs, day camp programs, and my personal fave, Iron Chef for Kids, which is modeled after the Food Network program including the secret ingredient and the ticking 60 minute clock. Allez Cuisine! Chef and Proprietor Tess Santos-​Medly has only been in business for 2 years, yet has already outgrown 2 spaces and had one of her students featured on Rachael Ray. If you have kids that are driving you nuts during summer break (or ever), here is your solution. Moreover, actually having pint-​sized trained help in the kitchen for a change? Priceless.
