Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

I go to Dunkin every Friday morning. I get the same thing, a muffin (either coffee cake or blueberry) and bottle water. Today my friend had a coupon for a free donut. I ordered my muffin and drink. I showed the manager Carla my free donut coupon and I wanted the maple frosted. She said I didn’t buy a donut so I could get a free one… what? I bought a muffin that’s twice as much as a donut. I was baffled and didn’t press the issue or verbiage of the coupon that I posted on here as well.
This location is poorly managed and I blame the owner for bad hiring decisions and not training your employees. I will NOT purchase another item from this location. I’ll bring in my own water and Krispy Kreme doughnut, which are 500% better.
I’m giving it one star for the way this place is run. Not sure about the other reviews, but obviously this place needs a lot of training for its staff AND MANAGERS! Or the owner just needs to ‘cut bait’ and sell the place.

This was a great location. We like Dunkin’ Donuts but the reviews of this place weren’t stellar. But they are wrong. It was clean, people were friendly and service was great!

My fault for continuing to come to this location but it’s convenient. Coffee order is made wrong or crumbly cream and out of my preferred bagel more than half the time. Again, staff is nice enough but hoping owner takes notice and reads Unilocal at some point. Now starting to look at other coffee places to make the switch.

Always out of stock of ice cream. Always mess up orders on ice cream and coffee. I love Dunkin coffee, but this store somehow always messes it up. Most of the employees are slow AND rude– which I’m willing to accept slow and polite or rude and speedy, but slow and rude is just a bit much. I mean– it’s Ice cream and coffee. How are you making that a bad experience?
They’re lucky they have such a good location– that’s the only reason I imagine they are still in business. I hope another place opens up that I can go instead. They are truly awful.

This Is the best location in the area. The owner Mario is always there either manning the drive through, talking to customers, etc. The staff are all friendly and professional, the coffee is always fresh, they never run out of things, and the store is always clean. I drive 10 miles (5 each direction) out of my way to come here when the Apex DD is only 1 mile from my house.

Very well served. So far the best DD/​BR, i ever been. Will make my stop every day to get the fresh and Delicious coffee and donuts with fast service.

The donuts here are sadly very average. I’ve had DD in other parts of the country, and they are consistently better than the Cary franchises. You know the donuts aren’t that good at a place when there are no LEO’s there stuffing their faces.
The odd thing is that they truck donuts into this location instead of making them on site.

I’m a fan of Baskin Robbins, have been all of my life. My favorite treat is Daquiri Ice, which used to be carried all year long. Apparently now it’s so sporadically that I can never seem to get there when they are serving it. Not their fault though, that’s a corporate decision. I’ve been there many times and am fairly pleased with the ice cream selection even without my fav.
The Dunkin Donuts counter offers a good variety of typical donuts. The manager will do special decorations on them if asked, which I thought was pretty neat since I plan on picking some up for my son’s class this Christmas.
Clean, manager provides good customer service even if some of the staff couldn’t care less at minimum wage. What the heck… it’s just a donut.
