It’s a pity the terrific sandwiches are not matched by a welcoming and appreciative attitude from the General Manager, Mike. I have purchased many sandwiches from this location and I always leave feeling like I was imposing on Mike. He doesn’t greet you, barks out commands on how to swipe your card to pay, and never tells you thank you. Heck, he doesn’t even hand you your purchase! This may be basic dining, but that does not excuse him from extending basic courtesies to his customers. The words«please» and«thank you» are always in style and always noted … especially when they are absent!

Great friendly customer service and the subs are always good, I eat at the Durham and Cary locations and customer service is always good at all those locations and this is important to me and I appreciate it

Jersey Mike’s are all pretty much the same. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Customer service has always been friendly, establishment has been clean and the sandwiches are always what I expect from a jersey mikes. I’ve also noticed that the ingredients used here have been fresh every time I’ve been. I can definitely appreciate the use of fresh lettuce over wilted lettuce on my sandwich. The only reason I don’t go more than maybe twice a month is because of the price. A medium size sub with chips and a drink runs about $ 12.
