I just picked up a very large breakfast order from this location. The man came to register to assist the person checking me out to make sure he charged the order correctly. I appreciate this because I had some weird order combinations. Everyone down the line, the gentleman checking me out, the man who I called my order in to, and the man who loaded me up with the perfect amount of ketchup. This place is well run and staffed! Food was great!

Consistently fresh and delicious. Best biscuits in the area bar none. Clean. Super fast. I can always count on the same high quality every visit which I love. And their biscuits. I can’t say enough. The fried chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had.
Update 1÷28÷16 I am revising my review. I’m not sure what has happened but the last two times my chicken has been inedible. Tough. Rubbery. And the biscuits have lost their flavor and are undercooked and fall apart in your hands. I’m taking a break from here until they can figure out what is going on with their cooking.

Great Chicken and biscuit. It has a little spice the biscuit is nice and flakey. Good stuff. I don’t have a bojangles here in TX so now it is a guilty pleasure when in NC. :)

Best biscuits in town. Amazing customer service and super fast. Not to mention very polite employees. These people know what good customer service means. Good food fast, and yet to have a wrong order!

maybe my 15th visit, and last for sure. drive thru order wrong, went in to get it fixed. with a ratio of 8 employees to the 4 customers you would think it might take less than 15 minutes to fix. but the manager had to make sure he recooped the 1.45 cent price difference. eat the cost if its going to take 15 minutes! the guy in front was there before us and there when we stormed out waiting for his leg! one star because the food was decent and they were polite albeit unnerving… I work at a restaurant, heads would roll if we pulled this crap.

Omg! They NEVER give us our condiments!!! Just got home and YET AGAIN no honey mustard… This is the closest location for us, but we will seriously never go back. Totally ruined «cheat day» again.

This is my favorite Bojangles’ to go to when I go back home. I was really excited when this Bojangles’ opened because it was super close to my house. Yay for getting yummy fried chicken and sweet tea in 5 minutes :)
Nevertheless, this Bojangles’ does not dissapoint. The food is always delicious and hot and the service there is the best. Even though it’s a fast food restaurant, the workers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Once an employee came over to refill our iced teas (without us asking) and another time they offered to throw all of our trash away.
Basically if you crave Bojangles’ in this area, come here! You will leave feeling happy and full (if a litle bit bloated because fried food can do that).

Providence, RI
This is the cleanest Bojangles’ I’ve ever been to. The food is usually outstanding as this chain goes. The surrounding community is very safe, and they’re open late so no worries if you need to grab a quick meal later in the evening. In my opinion this is one of the best kept secrets of Cary.
