Jersey Mike’s Subs

This jersey mikes was very good. I haven’t been to a jersey mike is a few years because of a bad experience in another location. But with how nice and normal the people at this location were to me, I will for sure be going back!

What a huge difference a corporate store makes. They apologize on the door for being out of turkey and when they make your sandwiches they apologize again and offer a double of another meat. Super friendly staff! Great spot and 94 sanitation A grade unlike the one in Morrisville which I was at 10 min before.

I’m a little obsessed with Jersey Mike’s veggie subs, so I was thrilled to see this new location open near my house and SouthPoint mall. Not all Jersey Mike’s are created equal but this location is great, especially compared to the one near RDU. The ingredients are fresh, I don’t have to nag for cucumbers and green peppers on my veggie sub, and the staff are very friendly. I find friendly staff in a Jersey Mike’s to be an anomaly since they’re usually staffed with twenty-​something year old males who look like they just rolled out of bed and are dying for their next smoke break. Hopefully this location maintains it’s excellent service and this isn’t just a product of being brand new.

I am a huge JM fan and this corporate store is great!!! Nice portions, friendly service. Double points Wed and Sat, kids free on Sundays. This location is busiest during lunch on weekdays, but the wait is never more than 5 min or so.

I went at 8:50 pm when they are closing at 9 pm. The lights were almost off and I was getting inside the place when a lady opened the door. I asked her if they are closed. She yes we are closing and shut the door on me. That’s just horrible and pathetic behaviour. You can see this review being posted before 9pm and I am right outside jersey mikes.

I’ve been to Jersey Mikes before but never to this location since I just relocated to Cary with my husband. This restaurant was very clean and open. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, which is made on the grill, and received it fairly quickly. Normally I would have to wait for my food at the cash register but they told me to have a sit and they would bring it out. Great customer service here too!

Jersey Mike’s is usually consistent on the great subs. This location is no exception. But, what sets this location apart is the excellent service. The sub making is fast and everyone working here is friendly and professional. The service is like that of a small neighborhood sub shop run by great management. Other Jersey Mike’s stores should take after this one.

I work close to this location and have been here quite a few times. I am consistently blown away by the high level of service. The employees here are super friendly and know how to get the job done. Even if the line is long, I know that I will have my lunch in a reasonable amount of time. The store is always clean and the food is always fresh and tasty. Love the bread!

Okay so it feels weird to write a review about a chain restaurant, but this one is worthy. My husband, the kids and I have been several times and have been impressed every single time. The dining area and bathrooms are well-​lit and very clean. They have a nice small outdoor seating area and you can play corn-​hole.
The guys that work there are so friendly and chit chat with us in line no matter how busy they are. They are always patient as my small children decide what to have on their subs. They don’t remember our specific order (we change it frequently) but they remember preferences and little things (my kids need their subs cut in half, etc.) They also know that my husband and I share a giant size sub and so they wrap them up separately (we never asked for this). I have actually started tipping them because they take such good care of us.
I know that these are little things, and it does really sound silly as I type it, but when you go to a place like this — it’s those little things that keep you coming back.
