Junk Doctors

We needed a hot tub removed from our screened in back porch. I called a couple of companies I found on the web. Junk Doctors was the most professional and offered the best quote. Polite and professional on the call. Asked me specific information on my request where other company just replied with the quote. As promised, I received a call within the hour of their arrival. Christian and Eric arrived in company attire and were pleasant to work with during the job. Each paid detailed attention to assuring the hot tub was removed but without damaging the floor or tearing any screens. The job was done in sufficient amount of time and everything was removed and cleaned. I will use and recommend Junk Doctors in the future. I even received a follow up call from the owner to survey the experience.

There aren’t enough stars to rate Junk Doctors any higher, which is too bad! Professional! On time! Accurate pricing! Friendly! Fast service! And something that is a true rarity these days: exceedingly polite! After trying to get charity groups to pick up a nice sofa & finding out the city will not pick up at a condo development, Junk Doctors came and picked up the sofa with great efficiency!

As professional as it gets. Nick and Joel were both extremely nice guys despite my 100+ lb sofa and the heat. Arrived on time in nice uniforms, called ahead to confirm they were en route with an estimated time of arrival based on gps. They accept credit cards in the field (iPad secure device). Reasonably priced, expedient, and professional. It was MORE than worth it and I’ll do business with them the next time I need to get rid of a regrettably large item I never should have purchased to begin with.
EDIT: Further into our move, we realized we had way more crap than we needed and it was time to get rid of it instead of hauling it across the state. We called back the Junk Drs a second time. Nick was there again but this time he brought John with him. Both were just as professional as the first time. We had already filled up our city trash bin twice and we simply didn’t have the time to dispose of these items otherwise.
