There aren’t many places you can actually go and try on a bunch of eyeglass frames at these days. It’s a lot cheaper to buy them online, but I can NEVER get one that actually looks good on me like that.
Lenscrafters has a decent sized selection at decent prices. I came during one of their 40% off lenses sale which made things a bit more affordable (my eyesight is so bad that my lenses end up costing at least $ 300 on their own… ouch).
I’ve come here a few times to get adjustments to my frame so that they’re more comfortable to wear and the wait time really varies. I’ve waited 5 minutes to 30 minutes. But, the staff has always been polite and friendly. Worth a shot if you need a place to get new glasses.

I purchased a new pair of glasses, had a older pair of sunglasses new set of lenses. Quick and easy to get waited on. Unsold the idea of getting there replacement plan thing, extra money.
So I wear the regular glasses and it seems blurry. Well my prescription changed for the first time in 30 years. Thought it was just me had to get used to them. No it was the right lens was blurry.
Now my fault I didn’t go right back. In fact it was months later. But I had the warranty get new glasses if the framers were scratched or broken.
So before a big trip across county I went to get the problem fixed.
I am a liar, both sets of glasses, sun and regular where exactly the same said there machines. To bad when I put them on my vision out of my right eye is blurry.
They said sorry but unfortunately we can’t do anything for you says our machines. I have spent $$$$ of dollars over the years. They will never get another $ from me.

Went to this location for the first time to purchase frames, I already had my prescription. The people here were very friendly and professional. Communicated appropriately and didnt leave anything unanswered. Told them about what happened at Johnson Opto. and they were appaulled about the lack of communication we recieved and couldnt believe that the office manager did not understand or try to resolve the issue. Lenscrafters has definitely won a new client as we like dealing with a knowledgeable, professional, and no attitudes team.

I really had very bad experience. Sales person was rude and dumb.
She not even know what brand of lens they use in the custom made glass.
I suggest to go Eye Vision Care instead of this place OR go to some other Len Crafters store.
