McDonald’s

Unfortunately this is very close to the house so on numerous occasions we have tried to forget the past and give them another shot just because of the convenience. As is par for the course, they again messed up our order. Ordered a Steak Bagel, got a sausage bagel. Called and spoke with the manager and he acted completely indifferent, as though this is nothing new for him. I will not be heading back there again.

This McD’s is poorly run. Staff is rude and lazy. Stood in line for 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. Go to Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza. They are courteous and prompt.

I don’t know what it is about this location but it always takes forever and many times the fries are cold and the soda is flat. This happens no matter what time if day we come

Absolutely disappointed with this McDonald’s on multiple occasions.
Service is mediocre, most of the time. Little value is placed on getting orders right. I ordered a Bacon Ranch salad today, and it came with lettuce, bacon, and chicken, and that was it. It’s supposed to have cheese, romaine lettuce, and a bunch of other ingredients as well.
My friend’s order has been messed up on multiple occasions as well — sometimes AGAIN after offering to fix it the first time. Menu prices are frequently off — you’ll expect to pay what’s on the menu, and they will charge more, and will not apologize (though they will let you cancel your order).
There are better McDonald’s in Cary, NC. This one is relatively new and clean, but that’s virtually its only redeeming quality. Stay away.

Extremely poor customer service on multiple occasions. Slow service & rude.
Food is on par with all other McD’s but I won’t pay to be treated rudely when I can visit many other fast food restaurants for better food and service.

Clean and new. Manager was working hard to make sure customers were served quickly. Egg McMuffins were good and as usual it took about 5 –6 minutes for my coffee to get cool enough to drink. If you like McDonald’s this seems to be a good one.
