I love Five Guys, but this is the worst location I’ve been to. I understand being busy and having a lot of orders to fill, but in the 15 minutes I stood by the counter and waited only 5 orders were filled. I looked behind the counter, and the most activity going on was one of the employees seemed incredibly concerned about the exact placement of a bun on the foil. I must have watched her rearrange the same bun 2 – 3 times. After having been in the restaurant for over 20 minutes and facing the prospect of waiting 15 – 20 more minutes for my food, I finally gave up and left before I even received my burger.

Great Burger. Something about good meat on a bun. I think this is how the burger craze got started.
The bun has enough sweet and crunch to top this thing off. If you like quality, this will meet your expectations. I didn’t get fries. I’m trying to watch my carbs. But I did get a basket of peanuts. Five Guys holds up to the accolades. Next to Back Yard Burger

I come and just eat or take out the Cajun style fries.
Cajun style fries are good, spicy and very hot:)
I’m Cajun style fries lover at Five Guys and of course the salty peanuts as well.

Ordered a Bacon Burger with Cajun Fries and a drink. I’ll probably skip the drink next time since it was like $ 2 and I didn’t really need that high fructose corn syrup anyway. I do appreciate them wrapping the burger in aluminum foil since it is better at keeping that heat in.
The burger was good. I ordered it with all the toppings and maybe I’ll order less toppings next time since they kind of overwhelm the burger. The bacon is cooked crispy just the way I like it. The beef patty was nice. The reason that I didn’t say that the burger was great was because the bun was all mushy. Mushy buns are no good.
Cajun fries are fantastic, that seasoning is just mind blowing.

Amazing fries and burgers aren’t bad. I got mine in a bowl because I didn’t want the bun. I like mine with a1 sauce, lettuce, tomato and bacon. Yummy! Fries are Cajun and regular and they always give u plenty. I don’t love the steamed bun. I think it gets mushy all wrapped up so I ask for it unwrapped or in a bowl. I debated between three and four stars but it’s not too high in my burger list.

Although today wasn’t my first time having five guys, it was my first time at this particular location in Cary North Carolina. Walking into the restaurant I was welcomed with bright smiles and greetings. The eager cashier was ready to take my order but I decided to look at the menu and the cleanliness of the store.
After observing the team members cleaning and cooking I decided to place my order. My impeded took about 7 minutes to make and I was perfectly fine with that. I didn’t dine in because it was a rainy day so I took my food home to feast! The food was nice and fresh and what more can you ask for when it comes to fast food?
I ordered a vanilla milkshake, a small fry and a cheeseburger with jalapeños, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and ketchup. Everything was so delicious and even though I didn’t dine in I enjoyed my interactions with the team members. I would definitely revisit this location.

I would normally give this place a 5 but this time we placed an online order and I checked in with the gentlemen behind the counter that handed me my receipt and told me it would be right out. He continued to stay busy which I can understand but actually looked at my bad sitting on top of the fries machine. I had to after 5 orders and 15 minutes beyond my pick up time asked for my order off the top. They appropriately apologized and then gave me my order, at least the fries were fresh!

Oh how I love me some Five Guys burgers and fries!
This location opened up a couple/few months ago and I avoided it knowing there would be growing pains. I finally overcame my thoughts of a potential lackluster experience gave them a go.
I crave their bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos, hot sauce and grilled onions! I like it HOT!
This location sports a drink machine that probably gives about 50 options for sodas/drinks. I like to stick to lemonade — and there were at least ½ dozen options for that.
Bottom line is a tasty meal that does not leave one hungry. For burger joints, this is about as good as it gets.

I love this place! The burgers are just right and always cooked perfectly. A small fry can serve two people and are always seasoned perfectly. I get the small cheese burger low carb style with grilled veggies.

Like all Five Guys, the burgers are five stars. This location is in the sprawling shopping center on 55 and there is a new Brixx right next door. The location is clean and has the nice soda machine with all the choices. You can also get handspun milkshakes here and the flavors include cherry, Oreo and strawberry and others. I recognize some of the staff from the Cary location on High House and everyone was really friendly. You can tell they all work as a team and are constantly communicating while cooking up delicious patties. As with all Five Guys locations, you know where your potatoes are from and there are free peanuts at the register. My burger and fries were perfect.

Came back after they have been opened for a while and have to say things have improved. The staff is more relaxed and on their game and pumping the good out.
The burger was flavorful and the fries were hot and a ton of them. If you haven’t dined her before you may want to order a small because you end up with a large!
Love the drink machine plenty of choices and concoctions you can make with each. Great job with training and getting things in order.
