Feeling under the weather last week, I really wanted some good chicken noodle soup. My regular chicken noodle soup place has always been Chick-Fil-A. But since I was just there a few days ago, I thought I would switch it up. I stopped by after work on a weekday and it was pretty empty inside. I got my order taken pretty quickly but then had to wait longer than expected for my soup. Not really sure why since there were barely any customers. I think there were like 2 other people besides me and I was there first. The chicken noodle soup was good. The grilled chicken was very flavorful but kind of dry. You can tell that it was grilled because it had the grill marks to prove it. The noodles were well cooked and the warm broth just fills you up inside.

The food was really good… I have been to a few other locations and didn’t really care for my entrée…but this time One thing that could use a little improvement is… The young lady that took my order was not very friendly… No welcome… No smile… Customer service is very important and if you don’t care for the public don’t do CUSTOMERSERVICE

The food was tasty, but for a place that features the«noodle» there was not much«noodle» in my bowl. Plenty of meat, plenty of basil and jalapeño, plenty of broth but very little noodle. One thing I found odd was the bread served with the Asian bowl seemed like something I would get from Olive Garden — not that it was bad, it was just a weird combination. There were numerous empty tables, but very few of those were actually clean. We had to walk around a bit to find a clean table top. Service, for what the place is, was pretty good, including the follow up. Noise was too loud — music could stand to be turned down. I could see my bride’s lips moving and hear something was coming from her, but with all the background noise and bad acoustics, forget it… not having much of a conversation here.

I have been here several times and it seems to me that this is kind of a «yuppie» like establishment. I really haven’t found one dish that I consider to be excellent. The food is consistent but, not overly remarkable. If I was looking for what I consider real noodles, I would search out a good place for Phở like at 9n9. The menu is simple and the bowls come in two sizes. For the large size you are really not getting that much more so, just get the small. You’ll be glad you saved the money because this place isn’t cheap either. On my last visit, I opted to just get the Cesar salad with chicken. Upfront near the registers, they have all the«yuppie health» drinks. One could easily drop a $ 20 for lunch if not watching the cost. They have coke as the anchor drink in one of those cool new all in one machines. The place is clean and during a busy time can be pretty noisy due to the high ceilings and open floor plan. Zero ambiance. It reminds of minimalism and sterile also comes to mind. Skip this and look for something more authentic whether it be spaghetti and meatballs, stroganoff or phở, there are much better alternatives to be had.

Noodle and company and I don’t go well and the relationship has been rather sour. Either they mess up order or I have some issues with how the order tastes. Not to mention their nonchalant attitude. BUT, this place was nothing like that. They did really well to reinstate my confidence in them. The staff were courteous and my large portion of tofu udon noddles came in one piece. Bottom line: Better noodles and company in the Cary-Morrisville neighborhood.

Before you say what? I came expecting just a step above fast food, and found some great food. We had the Pad Thai, potstickers and the Amore Monte Fresco. The Pad Thai was great, just enough heat to satisfy those primal urges. The Fresco was linguini noodles, looked great. We feasted on the potstickers, very well prepared. Friendly people serving healthy, fresh food. They don’t prepare anything until you place your order… Not fast food at all!

Bad, tried the new pork ramen. Had to search for the pork, maybe half a teaspoon. They have been open a few months so these type of mistakes shouldn’t still happen

The service is ok and the food is ok. It’s not busy yet because the theater hasn’t opened.
