My Berry Frozen Yogurt Cafe

Over the past couple weeks this froyo shop has declined rapidly. The frozen yogurt is inconsistently appealing and the flavors are rarely changed out.
There is a new employee who is very incompetent. I’m not sure what has happened to our favorite frozen yogurt restaurant but we are going to find a new place for our daily yogurt.

Not a wide variety of flavors and lacks sugar –free options. I love the variety of toppings and how clean the topping far was and the place itself. It was a bit pricey compared to other places we have been too.

I have been an on and off customer of myberry for years but now I no longer consider myself a customer of them. On my way out the door I grabbed a sip of water and the girl at the counter accused me of using 2 of the same groupons which was a lie. I take offense to this because I am a very honest person. She used a loud voice in front of other customers which I thought was embarrassing. I will not be going back to use any of my groupons left, I will either cut them up or give them to friends as gifts. My only request for myberry is please tell your staff to talk to customers the way you would want to be talked to, do not humiliate customers, be friendly, and realize your talking to human beings. Oh and myberry, please equip your employees with name tags so when customers have a complaint about one of your staff members, customers do not have to ask names, they will just be on their aprons! This is all a shame because I have enjoyed flavor sat myberry for years but why go some where that doesn’t make me happy?

Very good frozen yogurt, but a little pricey. There are a lot of good flavors though to pick from.

Yogurt flavor selection was limited. The young girl working was extremely rude. She yelled at my six year old for licking the top of his yogurt cup before it was weighed. This is the third time the employee working was unfriendly. There’s way too many frozen yogurt bars in the area that treat customers like our business is appreciated. I will give my business to them on the future.

The best frozen yogurt place ever! I like the vanilla, chocolate, and candy-​bar flavors. I also feel like their toppings are fresher than other similar yogurt places in the area. If I could, I’d go to this place every day, but then I would need to workout more. Their awesomely cute-​modern décor is a nice touch as well.

The third thing I love is that they have new flavors every few days. My favorites are the chocolate and vanilla topped with the strawberry bobos.
Join their frequent buyer program and get a froyo free after a number of visits.

Alas! A spot with bubble tea that uses real fruit (vs. powder), friendly service and a nice location. The bobas were perfectly chewy, not overcooked. The only downfall was that the lid didn’t quite fit on the cup — so I ended with a sticky mess. But the bubble tea was so delicious — I was ok with it. I tried the piña colada flavor, but they offer all the most popular ones (ie. Taro, strawberry, mango, etc.)

YAYP. Yet Another Yogurt Place. The flavors are good (pre-​made mixes only) and they usually have the original Tart flavor and a Soy milk selection. The staff are friendly and they have a loyalty card program: spend $ 50, get a $ 5 credit.
What really sets this place apart is the décor; it is first class. (see pics) The color palette, the design — walls to ceiling this place is just neat to walk in to. Toss in the free WiFi (just ask for the password) and coffee (!) selections and you have a great place to hang-​out alone or with the family.

THE BEST Yogurt in town! Many places taste artificial but My Berry has the best taste and wonderful flavors!!! It is super clean and has very friendly service! Would recommend to anyone

Have been to Yopop, Marmalade Skies and Skinny Dip. Décor at My Berry is nice. Was excited that they had Taro, but then realized they used Tart as the base flavor instead of the plain vanilla. This made it a bit sour. The Taro yogurt is awesome at Yopop! So I was sort of expecting the same here. Other flavors were in line w/​the rest of FroYo places. Seemed to be a little more pricy than the other places.

Another Yogurt Place. This place is close to me, so my wife and I visit it often.
The service is good and they have a very clean store. The staff id always friendly and they greet you as you walk in. They also have a card, for every $ 50.00 you spend you get $ 5.00 credit on the card.
They do have a variety of toppings and a great selection of yogurt.
The parking is great, but the outside area is ok, on the sidewalk.

I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars on this. The yogurt was very good and they DID have the original tart. I tried that, the cheesecake and the salters caramel. All of the yogurt flavors were good but I liked the salted caramel the best. The fruit toppings were great, I had fresh strawberries blackberries and mango they. They had a lot of other fruits as well as a lot of other toppings. My only complaint w that it seemed expensive, but I haven’t tried the other froyo places nearby to compare. I did go to one in Pennsylvania last week though and got a serving that was only a little smaller there for 3.75. My cup here was over $ 8! It’s right up the street from home though so that is a big plus. I a going to have to try Marmalade Skies and Yopop now for comparison though.

Great flavors and I really cannot believe it is yogurt. I love that you serve yourself and there are tons of choices! You pay by weight so you can get the kids just the right amount and not pay too much!
