Triangle Visions Optometry

I found myself in an emergency situation with a retina tear and Triangle Vision went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule right away. They were courteous and helpful from the first call until the last followup call after my surgery. Dr. Clark took time to explain everything happening to my eye and moved quickly to get me in with the doctors needed to do the repair. I’ve already recommended Triangle Visions to friends and plan to make them my future eye care specialists!

Had a very good first visit. It was actually medically related, pink eye of all things. I got in quickly, the doctor was very nice, provided the medicine I needed, and was out in no time.
I was impressed enough that I am planning to switch my regular doctors office.

It felt like my eye had fallen out of its socket. I was in pain and with a pink eye! Of course they found me an appointment the same day with my doctor, Dr. Anthony Clark. He put me at ease that it was only an infected eyelid — no stroke in my eye and my eye was already healing itself. Always great to see him for either a regular eye exam or an emergency visit. My son and I have been with their office for about 20 years and don’t plan to move.

I was very pleased with my first visit here. The entire family was seen and all liked the front desk staff.
Dr. Clark had the time to talk about the exam. We did not seem like we had to hurry, we where able to talk and she had time.
Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful in finding me my new glasses. r

I normally got to Triangle Vision Center in Cary on Kildaire. Love them! So Friday night when my daughter scratched my eye (again) I held out to wait to go there first thing Saturday morning. They were closed. So I went to the location on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh. They were just as wonderful! They even came out and opened the door for me (as I could not see). Super fast and friendly and I loved that I did not have to fill out paperwork since they already had everything in the system.
So they told me I needed to go back Monday (today) for another visit and I could not go there or the one on Kildaire Rd so they got me in on the Ten Ten Road location. Darn it if they were not great, too!
All 3 of these offices have been clean, offered refreshments, ON TIME (that is huge!), staff is wonderful and the doctors have been great.
I would feel comfortable going to any of their locations.

During previous visits the doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt as if I was cared for like a family member. But, I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service representatives in the front of the store and the lack of follow up with messages via the phone or email. This has occurred on three different occasions. I may understand if it was a follow up for a complaint or something of that matter, but I was trying to purchase products and services. Also, I was a previous customer that has purchased glasses and I had an eye exam done at this location in the past. Unbelievable! Still waiting for a phone call!
