My mom and I go here once in awhile to buy new décor for our house, you know, to freshen things up a bit, and I love Pier 1! Everything is so beautiful and great quality for a relatively low price. I always enjoy going to Pier 1 Imports!

mediocre telephone customer service. Once «found that I Amy» discoved through my
slurred speech that I had a disability, she chose to talk down to me-i.e. you should look in our catalog.“
She could go back for a refresher class at the local charm school

I just left this location and will not be returning. My husband and I purchased quite a few items. The sales woman checking us out asked my husband what profession he was in. He told her and she proceeded to share with him her poor experience at one of his optical stores. She lectured him on how HIS stores should treat people. Mind you, we are a customer and she’s talking about this to my husband while other customers waited behind us.
Absolutely unprofessional! If the sales lady has an issue with a other company, you don’t scold the customer. I was so embarrassed and felt terrible for my husband. There is a time and place for such conduct. Then, after we finished checking out, she ignored the customer behind to continue to scold my husband. Ridiculous! We will be going to another location and I will also be sending this review to the corporate office.
She should practice what she preaches!

I love every thing pier one and this store is no different. They have a great selection and all the new merchandise. Stop in and as a bonus its in a great mall area.
