This location has very poor customer service. The quality of the pizzas are very pathetic. They seem to not know the basics of pizza making. We live less than a mile away from this location and purposely will order from another store to avoid the disappointment.

This location is a disaster. If you have any connection to owning or managing this restaurant, you should be embarrassed. You are the reason for the negative consensus reported by online reviewers.
The interior is often trashed, the unfriendly staff have difficulty answering most basic questions, long waits on phone hold are standard, and probably the highest mistake rate in the industry.
And reposting your restaurant’s listing to hide all the prior negative reviews is unethical. If you want to improve your ratings, fix the problems.

Had a $ 30 order one pizza and2 orders of wings it came with no no dipping sauce for the wings at all called back he tole me it was 5 $ for for dipping sauce wtf

Funny, just 24 hrs ago this location had another listing instead of this one, with horrible reviews. I am guessing they somehow deleted that one and replaced it with this new one. Anyway, yes it was Superbowl Sunday but waiting for 30 mins to pick up pizzas we ordered that were sitting RIGHT THERE is ridiculous. Then when they realized they forgot to put spinach on one, they took a handful of spinach leaves and threw them on (see my photo, it is comical). This location is hit or miss with their food being ready on time.
