Came in on a Monday afternoon for lunch. Took nearly 10 minutes to find a server to take our order. Next– the salad bar. I’m not shy about how much I really love the ruby Tuesday salad bar. The pumpernickel croutons, broccoli salad, sunflower seeds = !!! This salad bar had frozen egg, only spinach and no lettuce, frozen carrots, and all in all was half empty. I was bummed. Not a total disaster meal but … I was disappointed at the service and oversight.

If you are looking for mediocre food that is a bit overpriced, this is the place for you. My wife had the ribs and I had the salmon. Both were utterly unremarkable.

I came to this Ruby Tuesday recently for a burger. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries; to start things off, the waiter upsold us on sweet potato fries without telling us that they came at an additional price. When asked for burger done-ness I requested medium rare: of course, the burger came out well done. To the server’s credit, he offered to get another burger made — but at that point I didn’t want to go through that trouble. Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location any time soon.

Food was decent, staff were great and friendly but we noticed that the windows and blinds were dusty and dirty with dead bug all over it. We got lil scared to what the kitchen looks like. Cute place but need some management attention on cleaning service.

The past two visits have been horrible. The staff doesn’t care about their job or their customers. Went for just the salad bar tonight. Waitress brought tea out, took the order, immediately brought the check, and never refilled the tea one time. She tried to take the plates away before we were even finished. The place only had two other tables with people at them, it wasn’t like they were lacking space. When we left, nobody said goodbye. We thought maybe the last visit was an off-night … but after tonight, we will never, ever go back to this location again –which is sad because we love their salad bar.

My husband and I wanted a quiet and tasty lunch. Server was efficient and friendly but food incredibly average for the price. Will try other Cary restaurants and probably not return to RT.

Recently I have been restricted by my doctor when it comes to food. I am on a no sugar, no fruit, no dairy, no grain, no gluten, no starch diet. And it sucks It has sucked the life out of me and taken the joy out of Unilocaling. ORSO I THOUGHT. Ruby Tuesday changed that for me. The only reason I went was for my friends birthday dinner. The garden bar offered many options within my diet. I loved that they gave me a side of avacado(extra charge). That took my salad to a whole different level. Also the server was very accommodating. Providing extra lemons for my tea and DIY salad dressing. Lol. She also was accommodating for my no sugar needs. They double checked with the chef and confirmed the ingredients for me Which leads me to the main dish. THESEAFOODTRIO. IFYOUCANTTELLBYTHECAPSITWASAMAZING. it came with tilapia, shrimp scampi, and«lobster tail«(I think it was the lobsters distant cousin). Whoever it was, they were tasty. The scampi butter was so yummy. I put it on everything. The shrimp was grilled to perfection. My roasted zucchini was tender, but not mushy. The tilapia was Cajun but not spicy. There were no left overs. It was so good!!! All in all, I would definitely be back. Not only for the amazing seafood. But for the understanding staff. Thank you ruby Tuesday for giving me hope again !

The Worse service and food we’ve experienced in any Cary restaurant We initially were going to sit at the Bar but realized that the entire Bar was filthy, it looked like no one bothered to wipe it down for hours… we couldn’t figure out who was actually working the bar area… or any area for that matter! I counted at least 8 waiters who preferred to have a good time with the hostess instead of paying attention to the customers… The food was not even close to being tasty and our server /bartender was too busy running his mouth and never not once checked back to see if we needed anything else… This was a very disappointing experience all around… I doubt we’ll ever visit again!!!

I’m not the biggest chain restaurant guy. It’s not like, when people see me, folks go «I bet that dude right there eats at only independent chow houses.» No, nothing like that. I’m just not the biggest chain restaurant guy. But as far as Ruby Tuesdays go, this one works just fine for me. If I want to go out and get myself a $ 9 burger and fries combo, then I may as well go to Ruby Tuesday. They’ve got pretty good versions of both. Today I was waited on by the bartender — I guess because they were short staffed for lunch. She had an incredible body and a cute face. And the food was good too. But forgive me if I’ve got the bartender on the brain because good God almighty…

Food taste great did not like the service though! Food did take a very long time to come out though However, it’s the second time I had this one server and every time she seems like she is a bad mood and doesn’t say anything much too you it just feels really awkward the whole meal because you can tell she hates her job and she doesn’t give any effort of trying to be personal with us. Don’t recommend Jeanine!

Ruby Tuesday used to be counted on for a good consistent meal. Clearly that is no longer the case. Stopped in tonight for late dessert with my son. Ordered a blonde. Came out unheated, tasted like freezer burn. Ice cream was freezer burned as well. Tables were filthy.

Our family of 5 decided to have dinner at RT. The consensus was we will never return. Our waiter was great but the food was just bad. You are better off going to O’charleys. 2 stars only because the salad bar looked amazing… we should of had salad for dinner.

We went in on a busy Saturday with our 92 year old Mom and they had a long wait time. The manager saw us with her and immediately showed us to a table, without making any other customer upset. She was very, very nice. We had a good meal. Mom was so happy with her burger. You should have seen this 90+ year old gal eating this giant burger that was just so juicy and plump, it was going all over the place and she was loving every moment of it. We very much appreciated the service provided by this restaurant. This is a quality version of a known chain that we don’t regularly visit. We will tell others about how they treated us and all visit again for one of those great burgers.

Myself and a friend/fellow Unilocaler met up at our local Ruby Tuesday to catch up on things and hopefully enjoy a decent meal.(I’m one of their So Connected members, and had a BOGO coupon to use, which was part of our incentive to eat there.) The last time I was at this particular Ruby Tuesday, over the summer, the food was good, and the service was adequate, so was pretty disappointed at how different my experience was today. Things started out bad when we were served two tiny, cold, cheddar cheese biscuits on a plate where they just looked pitiful, lol — I mean, sheesh, they couldn’t spare three… maybe four(and have them at least be a little warm?) We both ordered chicken dishes, and although I did enjoy mine, including the sides I selected, but they also were just barely warm, not hot upon being served, as they should have been. I guess, overall, it was still a good deal with the BOGO coupon and all, and it was great to have the opportunity to catch up with a friend/fellow Unilocaler, but I think we’ll be looking elsewhere the next time we get together.

I had forgotten why we had not visited a Ruby Tuesday in more than 8 years. One visit reminded us that we should never go back. Good is no better than cheap TV dinner. Fried chicken had the flavor of fish that was fried in the same oil. Over price and low quality. You get a much better food, service and value at Carolina Ale House down the road.

The server was very nice and provided excellent service, but the food was just bad. The salad bar had limp lettuce and the ranch dressing had a vinegar taste for some odd reason. My husband and I both ordered the classic cheeseburger, and it was both greasy(which some people like) and incredibly salty(which most people don’t like.) We will not be back.

Just what you want Ruby Tuesdays to be. Consistent. Good salad bar and good food. Pork chop was very good.

When I am in the mood for salad I head right on over to Ruby Tuesday. The ingredients are always fresh, well-stocked, and the zesty Italian dressing is some of the best I have ever had. However…the rest of the food(from the menu) is nothing to write home about. It is on par with all of the other casual dining chains that you encounter. If Ruby Tuesday could improve the rest of their offerings, I think they could perform really well in this crowded competitive marketplace. Until then… enjoy the salads, but don’t expect to be amazed by the food.

I was not impressed, unfortunately. We went because we had a 25% coupon in the mail. Even with the coupon, it was overpriced, service was slow(although we had a real solid server). The place wasn’t that busy though, and it felt like we were waiting on food and check for ages in general. If you go just for the salad bar here, you’re fine. For any other dish though, you’re paying too much.
