I’ve been coming to Saltbox Valet for years. I spend enough on clothes that it’s important to have a quality dry cleaner. Customer-​focused, honest husband and wife owners, Katie and Ho, ask a fair price for dry cleaning both my professional and social clothes. These hard-​working owners work in the store Mon.- Sat.
My clothes are always clean, pressed well and hung nicely. I’ve never had a garment lost or ruined, as occurred with a previous well-​known dry cleaner. They let you know that some garments do not need to be dry cleaned (e.g., some silks) — you can hand wash to save money. I’ve heard them share the same information with others, so it’s not data shared just with long-​time customers. Now that’s putting the customer first! They offer walk-​in or drive-​through service, as well as alterations. Highly recommend.
