My significant other and I had received hand-me-down mattresses for most of our lives. We went in to Sleepy’s to finally treat ourselves to a fancy new mattress! Jim was very welcoming and helped us navigate the daunting mattress world. He educated us on the importance of particular features of each mattress, but we felt as though we were in the drivers seat the whole experience. Jim was our«tour guide.» We felt very comfortable and are very excited about our new mattress! Can’t wait to catch some zzzzzz’s. Thanks Jim!!!

I had good experience at this location. I talked to Jim. He is very knowledgeable and was patience with me. He took time to explained different layers that were used in different mattresses and how they feel different. He also hook me up with great deal and next day delivery. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I thought I found a great price on a mattress for my daughter who has now aged up to a «big girl bed». I went to the salesperson Mike, and went to buy the bed. Mike informed me that the bed had been mis marked as clearance and he couldn’t sell it to me, I said it was signed at this price and I’m paying this price. He tried to convince me that it would take a long time for him be allowed to change the price but he would gladly sell me another one, I declined. Then after about an hour he said we were all set to go, but delivery would have to be setup later when his manager was in. That was at noon. At 7 pm I called to find out the status, still no change. I then received a call from what I assume was their delivery coordinator and setup a delivery for two days time. On that day I waited through my time window and just at the end of it the delivery guys came with my mattress cover. No mattress and no box frame which is ridiculous that I paid $ 60.00 to deliver?!? Mike had not done his job and my 3 year old now has nowhere to sleep. then when my husband went to get the bed it was still on the floor unbagged and not ready. Then the manager told my husband not to be rude because he was displeased. Very bad customer service. The manager Jim seems incapable of his job and has no idea what is going on or how to deal with customers. Now I, m waiting to speak with his district manager to give us a call. Yay to their disorganization that saved me hundreds of dollars but nay to their organization of delivery. If your willing to fight to pay for something you paid for and micro manage every step to buy a mattress.

Really great purchase experience. Fair pricing, followed by a salesperson who doesn’t ooze sleaze(which is common at destination sales locations). My King size bed is amazing, love it. Delivery was easy and everyone was really nice.
