BEWARE!!! It took 45 minutes for the employee to check me out. He did not even know how to run the credit card correctly. When I returned the truck, I was called back to tell me it would be an additional $ 60 charge because the needle did not quite touch the ½ tank mark. After returning to Space Station and taking the truck to put more gas in it, the salesman said it was hard to tell if the tank was full because it was not on his «LEVEL SPOT» of the parking lot for checking.
There are too many other reputable dealers in the Cary area… stay away from these guys and you will have a much better experience.

I rented a 10′ U-​Haul truck from Space Station a few days ago for a local move. The office was small but clean, and the attendant was very helpful and personable. He appeared very knowledgeable and gave a thorough breakdown of all the aspects of the rental agreement. Navigating the entry and exit of the facility was quite easy in the rented truck.
In regards to the truck, it was nearly new and in excellent condition. The truck drove well, had smooth shifts and great stopping. Even better, the gas mileage was great for a moving truck!
