We moved into a 10×15 climate controlled unit on April 1^st. We have been very satisfied with our stay! The application process was a breeze and there were great promotions available for our first month’s rent. Staff has been friendly and helpful. They have a call center contracted when staff in the local office are not available to answer phones. The facilty is new and clean and has great security features. They have a box truck with ramp and dolly available for use for both move in and move out (for a small fee plus gas, way cheaper than uhaul). There are elevators and carts available to help with moving into the climate controlled units. Prices very competitive for the area (and prices fabulous if you move in when they have a promotion going). No contract, month to month services only. They send a statement to remind you to pay your bill by email 2 weeks before rent is due. Easy online payment or or automatic draft options available. We highly recommend 55 Storage of Cary!
