T.G.I. Friday’s

Really love the JD sauce!
They seemed short handed so service was slow.
All in all our waiter was good even though he had to mix drinks at the bar too.

I remember when Fridays used to really have good food. I guess that was a long time ago. The food was just fair. The inside of the restaurant looked like a Dennys. I sat at the bar and watch 2 people in an hour walk in. Don’t waste your time.

STRAIGHT UP NASTY AF. Server had no idea what he was talking about. He could have possibly been high. MADE the mistake of ordering «endless apps.» MAKE SURE IF YOU ARE WITH SOMEONE THAT THEY DON’T TOUCH YOUR MOZZARELLA STICKS… the manager came by just to remind us of that! This was my first and last time at a TGI Friday’s. The food was so gross I feel sick thinking about it.

I would give them no stars if given the option. The hostess was very sweet but when we sat down to get our meal we tried to order endless appetizers (mozz sticks). The server said we are not allowed to share the appetizer and have to pay ten separate for us both to eat them. we we’re confused because who the fuck tells their guests you can’t share food with your significant other. We got up and left, and we wI’ll never go back again.

Ok looking for something to eat decided to stop here not a good idea. Service terrible want to rush. Get a salad with no dressing mac was terrible server was Ashley.

If I could give this restaurant a negative rating, I would. We ate there the other night. I ordered Parmesan crusted chicken with Mac & cheese. The chicken had a weird texture and was so over cooked it was not edible. The penne in the Mac & cheese was dried out & the cheese was greasy & nasty. The waitress asked if I wanted a box and I told her it wasn’t worthy of eating the first time around much less taking it home. She could have cared less. Still charged us and didn’t even offer anything else. Won’t be going back.

Went for lunch overpriced just had app. 3 for $ 15. Not worth the money. Service was ok. but my spouse told waiter, taco too spicy. He didn’t offer to change. They didn’t offer any lunch specials.

I was in town for a meeting the next day and decided to try Friday’s again. I was very please when I sat at the bar and was greeted by Val at the bar. She was very pleasant, acknowledge me when I sat at the bar. Within a few minutes took my drink order and dinner order. I was very pleased with my service and will r ed turn when in town.
The only thing I had to ask for bill and she continued to talked to other customers.
As you can guess this was not my first visit. The first was not memorable. So let not discuss because I always give a place two chances because the first could be a multitude of reasons why the service was not up to par.

I have never written a review for this TGI Fridays before, even though I should have. Shame on me!
This restaurant used to be very mediocre, but within the past few years has really improved.
One of our favorites about the restaurant is Steven, one of the waiters. Steven is amazing. Truly understands customer service. Steven remembers our names, our drinks, even our favorite meals. He has refills before we even know we need them. We only eat there when we know Steven is working, and we always ask to be seated in his section, even if we have to wait! When Steven is working, we know that we will be taken care of.
Additionally, the manager has always come by at least once to ask about our experience. When we are there, this man never sits down, is always working right alongside his staff.
The food is typical for a TGI Fridays, usually really good, but the service is what makes this restaurant shine. We will be back, as long as they continue keep both Steven and the customer service at the forefront!

I came in and the greeter saw me going to the bar. He said do I need a menu. Instead of taking it to the bar he handed it to me to carry it myself. Small detail but this is not what I expect at a full service restaurant.
Once I got to the bar I was greeted quickly and I ordered a beer. That is when it went downhill. The bartender took way too long getting back to me to order dinner. She was ‘busy’ making drinks. Seems like she was talking too much to the servers. One of them even dipped a straw into the drink to taste it !
There was actually another bartender but he seemed to be oblivious to me. And when mine came by, she said nothing to me. I had to ask if I could order dinner.
Food came out quickly and was hot. Baby back ribs were good.
I won’t be coming back the next time I’m in town for business.

Very disappointing for this chain. Stayed at local hotel, and TGI Fridays offered a 15%discount on their food if you showed room key. Stated on room key, not applied with 2 for 10, tips, or alcohol. But they didn’t want to honor it on anything. We were there for work and ate there everyday for a couple weeks so after putting up with begging for a discount, and then a hair being in our queso dip, when the manager came out, looked us up and down and basically said he was going to do us a favor by honoring the discount, and he was going to charge us for our replacement dip, that was the last straw! So O’charlies got the rest of our business and a local BBQ place that was fantastic!!!

i am very picky with a restaurant smell. i did not like the restaurant smell.
the waitress was very rude and she was not helpful at all. whenever i asked her for a recommendation on what to drink, she was not helpful .
Food wise ‚
i had korean steak tacos and they were very good and tasty. the steak were soft and it has lettuce, ginger, lemon and it was not spicy .
i loved it .
i also had chicken fingers, it came with fries. it was okay .
for drinks i had an ultimate sangria, it did not taste good at all. my friend has a pink punk cosmos and it was very good .
i had a caramel chocolate cake that had fudge in, i do not remember what its called. But i loved it. it was oven hot and had a scope of ice-​cold ice-​cream .
loved it.

Get ready for Amateur Night…
Issue 1: We arrived on a Saturday evening at around 8pm. Upon entering the business we were told that it would be a 5 – 10 minute wait. I thought this was odd since the parking lot was nowhere near capacity. Additionally, there were at least several open tables that I could see from my vantage point at the front door. I am not sure if this is a «control» issue that the employees like to impose on the guests, or just total incompetence.
Issue 2: My girlfriend ordered a Jack Daniels Burger and specifically requested «no onions» — it came out loaded with onions…
Issue 3: My girlfriend asked for sweet potato fries (a $ 1 up-​charge) — they brought out regular fries…
Issue 4: Waitress did not return a single time to re-​fill our drinks
Issue 5: Upon leaving, the hostess at the front door was too busy conversing with other employees to even say «goodnight, thanks for coming by.»
It blows my mind that employees who work for tips (waitresses) treat customers in this manner. My girlfriend left a $ 1 tip… which was too much in my opinion. Although TGI Friday’s might have decent food, the service is a nothing short of atrocious.

Went in for lunch. I wanted to try a dish I hadn’t had from this chain before. I got the Korean steak tacos. They were very light and tasty. Just a little heat not to spicy. The service was great.

I like Fridays because I know what to expect. This is casual bar food with incredible sauces. The Jack Daniels sauce is why I come. The burger, the steak and especially the ribs are delicious. I wish the décor was updated to refresh the tired «American Picker» yard sale look. Plus, the interiors look like an afterthought.

I had not been to a Friday’s in awhile. I was not impressed with the Jack Daniels Chicken I ordered. I was however impressed with our server. Even though she forgot to bring out a beer I was happy with her over service.

The food is always the same at TGI Fridays so as long as you go in knowing it’s bar food with expectations not too high, you’ll be happy. The food isn’t bad, it’s just not spectacular. It’s decent and good service.
At this TGI Fridays kids eat free Sunday through Thursday, so that’s a huge plus! They welcome you with chips and salsa as soon as you sit down.
The menu has been somewhat revamped and they now have Pick Two cheaper options and Pick Two slightly higher options. I got the pick two barbecue chicken flatbread pizza and chicken fingers. The flatbread pizza was really yummy. I’d get that again and everyone at the table loved it.
The hubby got a Jack Daniel shrimp and chicken meal which he said was good.
They have crayons and coloring pages for the kids.
Our waitress was really friendly and we had great service. Even with beer, our meal for the five of us was $ 35 before tip. Can’t really beat that eating out with table service for us and three kids.

Stopped by at Lunch time I ordered a steak which cost around around $ 10 was fabulous! Service was very good at this location!

In here right now, plenty of time to write this as food is taking forever. Its about thirty outside and maybe forty degrees inside this place. My wife and I both said the same thing as we left the restrooms, DISGUSTING! When I say it is cold, it must be because I am usually the one with in shorts during winter because of being the one who is always hot. Food barely OK.

You’re typical, chain TGIFridays… so/​so food. Higher than expected prices (especially if you add alcohol) and spotty service. This location was no different. Had a few drinks, had a chicken sandwich and dessert and the bill for 2 people was over $ 100…either we had a lot of drinks or they charge a lot for drinks or both. It wasn’t busy yet service, even at the bar, wasn’t great. The food wasn’t great either. I didn’t expect much and I sure as heck didn’t get much… plenty of other good places in the area…
