Food is always good. Customer service can be hit or miss. I have experienced both good and bad service! Thankfully food is always good and I live close by! Thankful to have a healthy joint close to home

Definitely a five-star counter service experience. You order at the counter and they bring it to you when it is ready. Surprisingly fast. I had the grilled veggie gyro. It was amazingly delicious. It danced on my tongue. Soft fluffy pita was perfect and(mostly) contained the juices from the veggies. I chose the cucumber tomato salad as a side; would have preferred it without the topping of feta, but it was fresh and crunchy. My first time here. Will go again. Great options for vegetarians.

I just moved to the area and a colleague of mine recommended Taziki’s. I ordered and paid for my meal online. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, the employees were confused and said they didn’t receive any online orders. It took at least 5 minutes and 3 employees to locate my meal. They then handed it to me and sent me on my way. I quickly realized that half my meal was not in the to-go box. When I mentioned this, they told me that they had run out of that item before I placed my order. I’m glad I looked before I left, because it seemed as though they had no plans of telling me half of the order was not included. I had to ask for a refund and the employees were confused and didn’t know how to process the refund. They ended up giving me a coupon for a next visit which was aggravating. I then got to my car and realized that they did not include the sauce on the side I requested. I walked back in and they proceeded to tell me that online ordering doesn’t work very well and that I shouldn’t use it. Why is it an option on your website then? Overall, the food was bland and not worth the pain of dealing with the lack of skilled management in the restaurant. Might be okay if you’re ordering in person and in a pinch for food, but overall, I would avoid this establishment.

I’ve been here a number of times but this may be the last. One of our party asked if either the salmon or chicken could be grilled without spices(due to an allergy). Rudely told no. No decaf coffee. First table dirty. Second table sticky. They wiped off the second table and informed us that the tables were not properly finished and would be sticky when they were done. Jasmine’s has better food. Bye bye to this place. But I will miss those roasted potatoes.

This food is not very Mediterranean. I went with coworkers for lunch today. I had the beef pita with pasta salad. Sandwich was OK tasting, pasta salad under seasoned. I would have given 3 stars HOWEVER soon after eating I felt sick. 8 hours later and I’m still feeling sick to my stomach.

Hubby and I had a little date day out today and grabbed some lunch here before a movie. We’ve eaten a couple of times now since it’s so close to our casa. We’ve left happy each time. It’s a fast casual place where you order and get your drinks then your food is served to your table. I always have a hard time deciding what to order, so that’s a good sign for the menu. Today we started with the hummus and Taziki with soft pita appetizer. I love the hummus, and judging by the way hubby was shoveling the Taziki down I’d say he found it good. We shared the chicken plate with rice and a Mediterranean salad. They brought us an extra plate and it was more than enough for lunch to share. I love their salads are fresh with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, roasted red peppers and a yummy light dressing. Not the typical lettuce and heavy dressing you get at so many places. The chicken was flavorful and tender. I’d be happy to eat this meal again tomorrow. Every time I go in there is a friendly younger lady working the registry that is so very pleasant to speak with. Another older lady is quite grumpy and seems to be doing you a favor by waiting on you. A pleasant smile goes a long way in the service industry. We will be back. Oh, and for the quality of food, I found this meal to be very fairly priced.

The food here is decent. It’s pretty consistent and the restaurant is a chain somewhere between casual fast food and more formal dining. This review is actually for Laura who was the catering coordinator when we decided to have our casual rehearsal dinner here. She was kind and accommodating and made sure that we had every single thing we needed and even when our party had a few late stragglers, she made sure that everything was still perfect so this place has loyal customers in my husband and I.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a salad and found sand grains in my lettuce… The first time I ordered I complained and showed the manager my salad and he not only tried convincing me I was wrong but refused to refund me or give me another salad. Finding dirt in my lettuce either means they aren’t washing it in the mornings or its dropping on the ground and being placed back onto my plate… Either way that’s inexcusable… The second time I ordered food here in good faith assuming that my first complaint would have solved the issue but it did not… I would highly advise you don’t eat here considering their lack of sanitary precautions. I’ve watched the line cooks not wearing gloves or even changing gloves which is also a hazard. The place has potential but screwed itself with their lack of integrity.

A friend and I recently had lunch here and were pleasantly surprised! We ordered at the counter and sat down, not even five minutes later our food was delivered to our table by a friendly server. I ordered the chicken gyro which came with a side of my choice and chips, I chose the fresh fruit and it was very fresh! My friend had the Greek grilled Chicken salad and said it was also very good, the only thing was that the salad was $ 10, which seemed a little steep considering it was just lettuce and chicken, where as mine was 7.99 for a sandwich, chips and fruit! All in all it was a great healthy meal with friendly staff!

A friend took me here for lunch one day and I loved it so much that I came back for dinner a few days later. The food is very fresh and delicious. The staff is courteous and friendly and the restaurant is well maintained. I had the salmon for dinner and it was delicious!

I ordered the grilled chicken platter. The chicken was fine. The potatoes were very good and the salad was fresh. The service was unwelcoming and nonexistent after the order. I did get up for a refill of tea and noticed that others did the same. It’s a strange setup of casual fast dining but no self service drink area and no table service. I wouldn’t go back.

I pre-ordered the Chicken Salad & Co. for pickup at Koka Booth’s Picnic in the Park tent at the Colbie Caillat, et al, concert on 8÷5÷15. Cost as listed on the Koka Booth menu was $ 10.95, so I was expecting something of a good size. The $ 10.95 included a very mediocre chicken salad(nothing Greek about it, BTW) with a choice of two sides — I went with the tomato and cucumber salad, which was watery, and the pasta salad, which also was very average. In addition, a separate Styrofoam box contained three wedges of fried pita, a handful of chopped Romaine lettuce leaves, two tomato slices and a little cup of balsamic vinaigrette. Looking at the receipt, the cost of the salad was $ 8.99, and another charge of $ 1.96 for ‘KB’, which I assume is some sort of convenience fee. With tax, total was $ 11.80. I dined-in at the restaurant shortly after it opened, with my mom and son, and we thought it was just OK. I won’t be eating there nor ordering from them again, and I will try another food vendor if I decide to do the Picnic in the Park thing again.

Tucked into a strip mall by a Harris Teeter, this place is a gem. My friends and I were hesitant to eat here due to the overwhelming number of low reviews but our coworker had recommended it, so we decided to wear blinders. We’re glad we gave it a chance. Visited Taziki on a Monday night so it wasnt crowded, we didnt feel rushed and we had plenty of time to decide on what to eat and ask questions. I had the Monday night special of Mushroom & Chicken sandwich and my friends had the tilapia and rice. The mushroom was juicy and melted into the buttered bread. Our orders arrived fresh, fast and came with salad, fruit or potatoes. The fruit had cantelope, watermelon, grapes and honeydew. I’ll definitely return again even though it took us 30 minutes to get there. Wish this place wasnt so far and would open up a location in downtown Durham!

Great place for a quick lunch after a medical appointment in the WakeMed Cary complex. The meat in the gyro is not the traditional shawarma style; it’s not seasoned at all, really. That said, it’s a good cut of meat and they don’t skimp on it. Their house version of tzatziki sauce is very heavy on the dill, but it works well the gyro. We ordered a side of cucumber, tomato, and onion salad with our sandwiches and it was fresh and tasty. We sat at a clean table outside on a beautiful day and really enjoyed our lunch.

I really enjoy the food here, and the food is prepared and delivered very quickly but i have to admit i would prefer to sit down and have a wait staff take care of my order for the price point we pay. Cafeteria style ordering for two and the bill was over $ 30.00 and that was NO appetizer. Be prepared to pay a little extra, but the food is long on flavor! By the way, the Olive Oil they use is not 100%, when i was in line one day i saw the big bottle and it said it was«Mixed» with canola(is that even real oil?) GASP!!!

I am always disappointed with gyros or shawarama here but this place managed make me a fan by serving a delicious flavorful chicken gyro. No wonder the place is packed during lunch though once you place your order it does’t take much time to arrive. I am definitely going again for lunch.

This is quite possibly one of the busiest lunch places in Cary, but it’s worth your wait! When you walk in, you stand in line & order your food at the counter. You pick up your drink at the station next to it, and then you wait at the next counter to get your food. It sounds laborious, but it’s not too challenging & the food was definitely worth the wait(took about 15mins at lunch on Thursday). We ordered the hummus and grape leaves for an appetizer, and the hummus was ahhhhmazing… some of the best I’ve had in a while! The grape leaves were quite good too, they had yellow rice in them(never had that before so I wasn’t sure what to expect) and were served with a side of Taziki sauce(their version of tzatziki). I ordered the lamb gyro, which was filled with tasty lamb, lettuce/tomato, and topped with Taziki sauce. My colleagues ordered a greek salad with chicken and a chicken gyro. We all ordered iced teas, and all together, our bill was $ 47… which was a bit shocking for a lunch! The only thing lacking was the service. With glass glasses and hand-rolled silverware, you’d think they’d pick up things or tidy the place up… but that wasn’t the case. Aside from that, I’d come back here any time I have a few extra dollars to spend on lunch :)

I need to make it back here soon to review again but for my first experience I really enjoyed my food at Taziki’s. This is fresh food fast. You order your food at the counter they give you a number and bring the food out to you. I was meeting a friend and a daughter there for a light bit I had dinner plans so I hadn’t planned on eating but I couldn’t resist. I ordered a Greek salad and it was quite delicious. This is a great family spot in Waverly place plenty of seating and a nice outdoor patio as well. I love that they serve wine as well. I probably would frequent this place more at lunch time it does get pretty crowded it seems at night. They frequently have specials and all the food coming out looked delicious. I’m happy to add Taziki’s to my list for when I’m having a Mediterranean food craving they seem to know what they are doing. Great addition to the up and coming Waverly place shopping center.

Probably one of the busier lunch spots in the area, Taziki’s at Waverly Place delivers above-average Greek eats in a quick casual setting. Get in line, order at the counter, get your drink and then go find a table. They’ve got a nice choice of wraps, salads and gyros along with kabob plates. Food gets brought out 10 — 15 minutes later and it’s definitely flavorful and fresh. My chicken gyro is full of large, slices of grilled chicken breast, veggies and tzatziki sauce! It’s a bit wet but tasty and filling. The side of tender oven-roasted potatoes is a nice change of pace from fries. Overall I like this small chain because the food is a step up from most quick-casual. So thanks Taziki’s for bringing in Medi fare to Waverly Place…
