This location is a Toys R Us & Babies R Us combination. I’m mainly shopping in the Babies R Us section, but the store all around is usually packed and busy. The cashiers are always friendly and willing to help. The store is very organized and clean. Some items can be cheaper than what’s marked, so I usually scan them at the self service scanner. They also price match with Target, Wal-Mart, Amazon and Buy Buy Baby. If you find an item cheaper at these locations or online just pull it up on your phone and they will honor that price.

I bought a bike for my daughter and was told it would be assembled within 48 hrs. I called 2 days later, and after 15 minutes on hold they finally located my order; said it would be done the next day. After two more days of calling I was told that the bike had been«misplaced». When I was finally called to pick it up, I waited 20 min at the store before it was brought out. The front wheel was on backwards. The front brakes were not properly adjusted. The rear brakes were bent out of whack. The only saving grace was Alex at the front desk, who reimbursed me for 30% of the cost of the bike.

Friendly staff! When I said I forgot my coupon in the car they honored it. Lots of people working as cashiers and it was easy to get in and out of.

For a big box store, I have received great service a few times at this location. I would like to see a better selection but have to give a good review and continue to go because of the customer service.

I haven’t shopped in a Toys R Us in years, but this experience was better than most visits I remember. This store had good prices and excellent service, with one of the salespersons taking extra time to help us find exactly what we needed. This is a nice store located in an abomination of a shopping plaza designed by a blind village idiot after going on a weekend drunken bender. Took me 10 minutes just to get back on the road headed in the right direction and I had a gps for pete’s sake!

I hate going to the Crossroads Plaza(whoever designed it is laughing all the way to the bank, am I right?), but this Toys R Us/Babies R Us is the most convenient locale for me. Being pretty darn pregnant at this point, I’ve been here a few times. Just today was a particular standout as far as customer service is concerned. Every single associate I came into contact with was cheerful, friendly, helpful, and asked if there was anything he/she could do for me. Sure, that’s what they SHOULD do, but let’s face it, not everyone excels in this area. Even when I went to buy something off a friend’s registry and pick up an online order I placed at the same time, a lady named Stormie(best name ever, by the way), was helpful and efficient, as was her colleague. I even got some free hand sanitizer! I will say, I think some things are overpriced(I have my handy app to check on that), but one can often get really good clothing deals here. You can also get some great coupons in the mail. All in all, a pleasant experience and leagues better than the location on Capital Blvd.

This Toys R’ Us recently finished renovations which turned half of the store into a Babies R’ Us, making this a one stop shop for ages 0 to…100. Seriously, let’s face it fellow parents, we gain just as much enjoyment walking through the doors to «toy heaven» as our kids do! Case in point, we took our 9 month old here today to buy a 2nd Diaper Genie for the house and left with just shy of $ 200 in other random stuff, including a GIANT, stuffed dog for $ 25! What? That was a good deal; It was 50% off. The clothes section is much smaller than the Babies on Capital, which means there are not 10 sales racks with awesome deals… bummer. It is much closer than driving all of the way to Capital though.

Oh what fun it is to be a kid again. I have not been to Toys R Us in a long long time. My children are all grown up for sometime now. I never had a call to come here. That changed with my new Gran-daughter. I was looking for a Singamajig, you press the belle of this stuffed animal and they sing OOOOOOO in different octaves when you press the belle again. They have three different modes, they hit the note right on, the next mode they slide into the note and the third they recite a rhyme. When you press the belle in sequence to the rhyme they say it. OOOOH yes the mouth moves also. My Gran-daughter just laughs and smiles when you put tow of these together and they sing harmony. Hey I am older than most of you and I played with it for a ½ hour. My wife thought I was nuts. LOL . Well anyway I cruised up and down the isles. I could have purchased more but I controlled myself. I had to stop and look at a few of these toys and say Wow ! When I was young, we made rocket ships out of balsa wood and powered them with co2 capsules, made slot car frames out of piano wire and brass, built tree houses in the neighborhood woods. Things have changed and Toys R Us have every toy you could think of. I had a great time shopping here. I have 4 more Singamajigs to buy. I think I had just as much fun here as my Gran-daughter did listening to the Singamajigs !

I went here looking for a specific board game to play with the family. My husband and I couldn’t locate it on the shelves, so we asked one of the sales reps wandering around the store. She scanned the same shelves that we just checked out and then said she was going to go check the computer. My husband and I browsed the other board games while waiting for the sales rep to return. While waiting, I glanced around the store and noticed a food section and household cleaning and supply section. I decided to pick up some cleaning supplies. Scratched one errand off our list. I haven’t been to Toys R Us in a long time, but don’t recall them carrying all these items. Maybe its common in the south. It was already about 15 minutes and we didn’t see any sign of the sales rep, so we decided to choose a different board game since we had a bunch of errands to run. While we were in a line, we saw the sales rep who was supposed to get back to us about the board game. She was managing a cashier. I said to my husband, «Wasn’t that the lady helping us?» She then turned around and said, «Oh yeah, we don’t carry that board game.» Then, continued cashiering. What the WHAT? If we didn’t decide to pick a different board game, we would still be standing in the game section waiting for her. Thanks for nothing, m’am. TOTALFAILURE in service. Overall: One stop shopping for all your kiddie and household needs. That’s darn cool and that’s why I gave it three stars. Otherwise, the sales rep experience would have left it at 1 star. Bad service destroys everything.
