I had great experience with the uBreakiFix location in Raleigh before this one was opened, and i had a shattered LG that I needed fixed, and they offered a great price for the fix. Had a couple of small issues after the initial fix, but they were happy to take it back under their 90 day warranty to work on it again and resolve the problem. They’ve always been friendly and helpful. Would recommend for any repairs you may need.

I don’t write reviews, but I’m so satisfied with the service received that I have to give these guys props! My wife and I are vacationing here in Raleigh. She broke her iPhone 6’s screen… shattered it! This is why we can’t buy nice things… Anyway, Heard great things from the locals, and decided to see how much they charge to replace the screen.
They said it would cost $ 110 and it would be done soon. That was much cheaper than Apple. I grabbed some pizza and came back in 30 minutes and the screen was replaced! It looked like nothing happened to the phone. I was expecting some cheapo knockoff screen… That wasn’t the case. Nice work! It looks like new! Danny, the manager, took care of us and was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Hopefully, I’ll never need to come back, but if I have to, I’m definitely coming back to UBreakiFix.

Straightforward, honest, and relatively quick service. I brought a shattered iPad 2 and walked out an hour (or so) later with a replaced glass front. Cost was high compared to mailing your iPad out to some shop in Idaho, but I had it back in less than 2 hours. Work is under warranty for defects but not accidents. They will beat any local competitor by $ 5 however, which is a nice deal.
