So, after I call them, I drive to a shop in vary — see
— because they were a little cheaper than icracked. They tell me they can’t fix it because the case is bent, but it doesn’t look bent to me. So I go with Icracked — Philip in the RTP area — he did a good job with my iPhone last year– and offered to even match the competitor’s price. Fixed my iPad — with pick up and drop off — for the same $- works good as new! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them — at least with him as the tech.

Phillip was right on time to meet me to get my mothers cracked screen iPad. We set a time to meet the next day for me to get the repaired iPad back. Again he was right on time and the iPad looked great. The service and convenience were well worth the service charge for the repair.

Mr. Parker was extremely professional and over the top convenient. My screen died on my iphone. Being that phone is a lifeline for my business, I needed it fixed ASAP. Mr. Parker met me at a very convenient location and had it repaired faster than the estimated time he gave me. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
