Oh my! The food was delicious. We had the Fried Green Tomato sandwich, Fish wrap and Herbed Grilled Chicken sandwiches. The portions were plenty; enough to share with someone. The weather was nice so we ate outside in a covered area. The only down fall is trying to find parking.

Had lunch here today. The chef at Randevu came from Cornucopia down the road in Cashiers. This explains why Cornucopia is no longer the go-to place to eat in Cashiers. I ordered the Carolina Blue Crab Cakes, which is two large cakes accompanied with pickled slaw and fresh fruit. The crab cakes were the best I’ve had since living in Charleston SC. I really savored every bite — very little filler, just large chunks of crab. Service from Veronica was great. You can always tell when servers really care about what they do versus just showing up for work. Iced tea was very good and served in a real glass. Randevu has a wonderful outdoor space that overlooks a peaceful pond. Very enjoyable experience!

Great for breakfast! Always had a good meal. We walked in once as they sat down a party of 20+(who were apparently 30+mins late on their reservation) and they seated us in mins. We were worried our breakfast would take forever because of the party. They must have made the party wait longer since they came in late and didn’t want other guest to suffer. We had our food before them! Coffee is good too and I’m picky.

This is the first restaurant in the area that I have visited twice. I have had their waffles and a black bean wrap. Both were good and large portions. It’s hard to find good food for this Texan in an area that specializes in flavorless food, but so far this restaurant is my only option in the area.

Good place, I’d go back, lots of choices. Staff is nice. Outdoor seating is nice when weather is comfortable, there’s a pond out back. Parking stinks

First time and not the last eating here! My wife ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes BLT with Sweet Potato Fries. I had the Classic Ruben with Fries. My son had Chicken Tenders with Fries. The BLT was, in one word«Awesome», according to the wife! The Ruben was perfectly grilled, fresh Sauerkraut, Sliced Corned Beef. Tasty! My son cleaned his plate, that was high praise in his words! Dessert was a slice of Caramel Cheesecake with a cup of good bean Kona coffee. Service was attentive, but not over done. Visit here. You will not go wrong!

This restaurant is consistently good. We spent the week in Cashiers and dined here 3 times — once for lunch, once for breakfast, and once for dinner. Portions are huge for every meal and the price seemed super reasonable for the area. Every meal we had there was good. If we ever get back to the area again, we will definitely stop by this restaurant.

Food is fantastic and ambience is very nice. We ate breakfast there twice, and both times it was great. The pancakes and waffles are«so amazing bro»(according to the 9 yr old), and the artisian breakfast sandwich is wonderful. My daughter says the hot chocolate is «tots on fleek». I have no idea what that means, but she’s a teenager, so she’s got cred. Seriously, if you’re in Cashiers, eat here, you won’t be disappointed.

We went heer based on the favorable Unilocal reviews and on the word of a few locals. It lived up to expectations. The service was attentive without hovering. When I noted the fountain was off, they quickly went and turned it on. The food was nicely prepared and an appropriate quantity for the price. We will go back the next time we are in town.

Top notch place. co-owner Martina worked the room and came to our table(seated outside — great flamenco guitarist at play) to give us the run-down on the menu and the back-story. reasonably priced — great service — well thought-out menu items. Concierto de Aranjuez was being plucked during the appetizer — and so I had to video the guitarist, who was quite good. Only came for dinner, but understand it’s open for breakfast and lunch as well. A gem.

This place is a winner. Great food, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Gotta try the fish sandwich. Awesome! Located right in the heart of town and easy to find.

Really enjoyed my breakfast. Thought that we would have to drive to another town to get a good breakfast. Glad we stopped. We made the in between crowd so we were seated at once had a nice outside seat over looking a small pond(needed to be cleaned out). Service was good, I think our waiter was a new-by, but the others help out which was a good thing. Our food was awesome, fresh fruit, omelet was cooked to perfection. and the price was great I was expecting a lot more for the style of restaurant. We were so pleased that we went back the next day.

We had lunch here one day based on recommendation. The soup of the day was amazing — roasted red pepper and spinach. We also had great sandwiches. The inside décor is a little dated, but there is a nice outdoor seating area overlooking a pond.

First time here for breakfast in Cashiers. Loved it. Great food, value and ambiance. It’s a little but hidden amongst other buildings but worth the hunt.

Ordered the Filet — bad idea. I ordered it Med Rare, and it came out gray and looked like it was microwaved, first time I was so bothered that I actually sent it back to be re-done…that was the 2nd bad idea… I don’t know why i thought they’d get it right the second time… It’s was worse than the first steak. Over cooked, with a very weird texture. I was than informed that they pre-cooked all the steaks, and it was unavailable Med –rare??? Why not just say that the first time ??? If possible stay away from this place, and try something else.

Wow! Best lunch I have had in a long time! Vietnamese pork sandwich and slaw were amazing. Super friendly staff and hostess. Sat out on the deck. Such a wonderful setting on a gorgeous fall day. My husband had a side of fruit with his sandwich that was so fresh and yummy it looked like we sliced it up in our own kitchen. Great stop on the motorcycle… Thank you!

Well I would happily give this restaurant 5stars but our server was lazy, never came by, and was basically bad!!! Otherwise the food is really good and if we had a different waiter I could happily give it 5 stars. Food came out really quick after our order was placed. And was really good. Lots of choices and substitutions. Lots of vegetarian options.
