The property is good, climate and access controls have not been an issue during any of my visits. The elevators are fairly big, and carts are provided to assist with loading and unloading units.
I don’t like, however, that once you are in a unit they constantly raise the rates. I have 2 units and they have both gone up by almost 20% since move-in less than 9 months ago. They obviously know once you have your stuff moved in you will most likely just deal with the rate increases instead of moving. I personally think this is bad business, and will be moving out fairly soon (due to a lack of need for storage), but will probably avoid Public Storage in the future for any long-term storage needs unless there is some kind of guaranteed pricing.

Worst customer service. Extremely rude unprofessional harassing employees. There is no peace of mind having a storage unit especially in this location. My lock on my unit keeps going missing, and my unit has been finally broken into and it is completely empty thanks to the lack of security and minimum wage employees of this facility. Let’s this be a warning to you all! Oh and there insurance the sell you does not protect you when you have your unit broken into and all your belonging stolen. I truly suspect the under educated employees of this faculty had something to do with it. Management never returns phones and is always out of the office.
