I made a reservation on line and set up an ally to go see if the size I picked was going to be big enough! We were running late and so I called to push the appt for 30 min later! We walked in and Edwin recognized my voice right away! Which is always a plus, considering I only talked to him on the phone twice! Anyways Alex showed us a wonderfully located unit right away! We loved it so we got back on the golf cart, went back up to front desk and it took less than 15 mins to do all the paper work and get our storage! And one of the coolest parts was we got a discount for three months for signing up online! They have really nice storage units! If you want a nice inside climate controlled storage or even an outside storage, this is the place to go! Thanks for making everything so easy guys!

Alex, the assistant manager was so helpful and efficient when I needed to unload my moving truck in a small time restraint. I recommend this place for fast, simple service.

The storage units are clean and the property is well maintained. there is zero consistency in the operation. they have poor administrative and customer service skills. You get half the story and they listen to half your story so they can make money. My rent went up in less than ten months– about 25%. Some of the charges on the lease went up 40% during this time as well. I am new in town and now have learned to do my homework. Things are not as they seem, especially in Orange County. My goal is to avoid being ripped off and share the savings with all of you.
Renter beware. You can do better.
