Went in needing a basic part for a micro drone… Didn’t have time to help and felt rushed out the door because I wasn’t part of the crowd buying rc car parts. Was told to just order online. Lost me as a customer forever.

This is a cool place to come for anyone who is into rc’s. They everything you need and more! The staff is helpful whenever we have questions. They also have races in the parking lot sometimes and are cool to watch if you ever get a chance. They have fliers inside with the dates or you can call to get them. I used my 10% check in bonus last time I went, and even though he didn’t know anything about it, he honored it when I showed him. Overall great customer service!

This is a really cool store located near Howell branch road and 436 across from Publix in the Big lots plaza.
They have remote control cars, helicopters, and even boats. There prices are a bit high but they have a kinds of styles and size and even sale the piece to the merchandise separately so if you just need to fix your toy they also sale that, also they repair the remote control cars, helicopters and boats.
Good selection, nice costumer service but located in a hidden area and kind of hard to spot on less you go in to the plaza and visit another place there or you are driving by.
