Very poor customer service. Starting with the managers they are rude. They set a poor example for their fellow employees.

Food is hot and ready all the time! Quick service in the drive through in the morning but it can packed around lunch. I don’t have any problem of missing utensils or orders gone wrong –everytime. Efficiency is very important when a drive through service concerned. They handle the pressure very well. Staff was friendly and takes time to do orders right.

Order a meal for my family tonight, and one of the orders was a #23, the grilled breakfast sandwich. During our order, Stephanie, the drive thru worker, rushed us through the order. When we checked our order upon receiving it, the breakfast sandwich was charged as a supreme croissant. When we said we wanted to exchange it, she didnt properly refund us and charge us for the right order, she just demanded the sandwich back. Then she demanded to know what the correct order was. We told her the grilled breakfast sandwich and she screamed at the workers to make it. Then she brought us our order and was very rude the entire time. When we got home, I open the sandwich to find a grilled ham and siracha sauce sandwich. Needless to say, I was infuriated. When we called the store to complain, Stephanie picked up the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, and she hung up on me. I am disgusted and appealed with the store, and will never be spending my money on this corporation ever again.

Love to come to this Jack. The employees have all been kind and their service inside is quick. However, even with the kind employees the drive thru is usually very slow and I don’t visit at peak hours. Pretty bad though that I’m complaining that the fast food is not fast enough!

I would give no stars if possible… 1. ALWAYS screw up your order no matter what I can bet on it each time I go through the drive thru 2.Horrible Customer service an employee actually told me I should be lucky I got my food 3.Stingy they give as little as they can 4. Why do they bother asking you 3 times what kind of sauce you want if they don’t even put any in your bag ever! I’ve complained to corporate about this location before and got a refund, this location is seriously run by complete morons!!! SAVEYOURSELFTHEHASSLEANDHEADACHEANDGOTOTHE Jack n the box on Old Road! It’s a little bit further but they are way more consistent and nicer!

The hours are not consistent. We have been here many times because it’s close for a quick meal. Some of the employees are rude. My husband asked the drive thru person to add cream to his coffee. She said no. The dr pepper I ordered had no syrup in it. You need to check your order before you get home. There have been many missing items.

One of the most horrible and rude places I have been to. It was 10:45pm and they don’t close until 11 and I came home from work starving. I was at the call box for 5 minutes and noone took my order. I screamed, hello is anyone there and when I drove around there was a punk kid helping the car in front of me and he told me at 10:50pm that they were closed and the car in front of me was his last car! SERIOUSLY??? It was 10:50. You don’t close until 11pm!!! It is 11 mam. NOITIS10:50!!! Guess you idiots didn’t learn time in school(if you finished school for that matter)

The manager there, GILMA. Is a stupid broad, excuse my language. She messed up my order and refused to change it or refund me or even give me any sort of discount. She and two other employees made a huge scene and started arguing with me in front of everyone. This lady seriously got straight up GHETTO with me. I go here for lunch almost everyday. They’ve messed up my order twice before this incident occurred but I brushed it off and didn’t say anything. By the third time I politely let them know that they had messed up my order, I didn’t ask for a refund or anything free, I just wanted them to know. After that, I was approached by Gilma who with a sassy attitude asked me «Did you receive your order?» I replied with a «no, i got a wrong order.» She then proceeded to call me a LIAR! Yes she called me a liar and said that I had gotten the right food. Then Gilma and two more employees all stuck their heads out of the drive thru window and started arguing with me! I asked why she was arguing with me and she said that it was because she was positive that i had received the right order.(As if that were a justifiable reason!) I was shocked to say the least at how rudely I was being treated. Ultimately I just drove away not wanting to be part of the circus that they were creating. I definitely made sure to call the headquarters and I’m still awaiting a return phone call from the district manager.

I will definitely have to give this establishment 4 stars. The employee’s are nice.(They remember my face and name ^)^) The food is decently priced:(2 taco’s for $ 1! Can’t beat that!) and it’s an all-out friendly area. Unfortunately I must say that the only downside is the face that EVERYONE that works in the industry center goes here for lunch so starting at 12 and ending at 2, expect to be in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes,(no joke) or standing inside for 10. This and two other places are the only restaurants open in this plaza due to having to close because of money. I hope this place never closes!
