McDonald’s

We waited 25 min for 2 mcflurrys. People were leaving the line it was so backed up. This McDonalds consistently messes up orders and takes forever on the most basic of orders. Long time residents of Castaic, and never wasting our time here again.

For fast food McDonald’s is hard to beat. Always quick and consistent. We especially like their milk shakes and their fries..

a half hour in line for under $ 5 purchase is definitely out of line, not worth it!!!

Worst micky ds ever and that’s being nice! Every freaking time! No ice cream because the machine is broken, what is the owner spending the money on it not a shake machine? Fortunately its close to the frwy so who gives a flying f if the service and quality aswell as not having working machinery!

What a joke! We just stopped in to this McDonald’s on the way to Fresno and were in a hurry. First of all, the bathroom smelled like it had a gas leak I’m not talking about an ass gas leak, I’m talking about the explosive type of gas leak and they didn’t seem too concerned. My husband went into the men’s bathroom and he was trying to take a leak and he happened to glance over to the trashcan in the stall and saw a big piece of shit on a piece of toilet paper the size of a king size melted Baby Ruth! Obviously, it was not candy it was disgusting piece of shit! Disgusting! What’s next, a McGlory Hole? I told McDonald’s worker in the bathroom about the gas leak smell and she said you and she was spraying with some flower spray thinking that that would fix the problem and I said no, you don’t understand, it’s the explosive type of gas, you better tell your manager. Since no one seemed to care about the gas leak I figured it probably was just an altogether nasty smell, so I went ahead and I ordered our food and I was waiting 25 minutes just for two Egg McMuffin’s and two hashbrowns unbelievable! I realize I had ordered the hashbrowns well done, and when I asked what was taking so long, they explained to me that it was because I ordered the hashbrowns well done, but when I received the order the hashbrowns were raw in the middle so that was just an excuse for their lameness! It took 45 minutes for this unfortunate adventure! Unbelieveable! So much for fast food or clean restrooms!

I never thought I would be reviewing a McDonald’s. But I’m compelled to. This is he worst McDonald’s in the world. The filet of fish bread was a brick. Serious. I couldn’t eat it. And the vehicle line was slower than the slowest slow you can imagine. Go somewhere else.

OMG!!! I do not how they want to be paid $ 15 bucks an hour if they can’t get a simple order right! You practically have to beg!!! for condiments… McDonalds you are so lucky my kids like you otherwise I would have divorced you a long time ago.

Terrible !!! Not the first time we’ve been here. usually after a dodger game or traveling down south it’s a pit stop… but Sunday (superbowl) …will be the last… stopped here at 1130 pm… nobody but maybe 6 people inside and we could not get our order placed lmao!!! Two lines going and the other cashier takes off to help the drive thru… our cashier jumps to other cashiers line and leaves us hanging in our line and we r next… after waiting g for 5 mins for her to jump back and help us but she never does… and continues helping the other line !!! We ask her and she tells us to get in line lol We took off went to CARL’S JR down the road… and that’s where we will now stop… WELL LIT PARKING. CLEAN INSIDE .AND THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS WORKING …

Placed my order and when I got to the food pick up window was informed that they could only accept a cash payment. I was there late last night. After going to an ATM I returned. Took over 20 minutes for them to serve the car in front of me. More than five minutes to serve me. The dining room was closed and they were not busy at all. Upon receiving my food I asked for my receipt. I was denied and told their system was down. The entire experience seemed very suspicious.

Most horrible customer service ever! My husband and I stopped here on our way back home. The girl who worked the drive through needs a lesson or two in customer service. When we pulled up to the drive through I kept my mouth shut but I wanted to tell her something. Ordered Apple pies and they were hard as a rock and colder than room temperature. No wonder the reviews aren’t that great. Whoever worked the drive through at 6:45pm on 1−30−16 sucks at her job!

Empty & no wait for food at 1 pm on this Thursday. The bathrooms & kids Playland were clean.

I went through the drive thru here. I ordered a number 2 meal. The guy said they were out of carbonated drinks. I asked him what my options were. He told me a couple of options and I selected iced tea. I paid for my meal and ate it. I noticed the receipt and it had a drink up charge on for 20 cents. So because THEY were out of what I wanted I got charged extra. I had no idea that Mc Donald’s charged extra for iced tea. I was never even told that at the drive thru. This place is a scam. GO ELSEWHERE!

Huge mcdonalds. Biggest I have ever seen. Huge play area. Right off freeway. Great place to get the wiggles out of the kids on a long drive. Food is about as normal as you would expect at McDonald’s. Little on the dirty side but that may be because I came in after the dinner hour or maybe because it is adjacent to the freeway and may be frequented my more … Travelers. Anyway. It’s good to go for is.

Dirty and rude service. If I could give zero starts this place deserves it. Dirty bathrooms and tables. Clueless staff including the manager. Asked for one special request off the menu and got a flat out no from both the clerk and the manager. It was not crowded at the time either so not putting meat in the burrito was not a big deal but nope… no meatless breakfast burrito for you.
Furthermore, the napkins are behind the counter so you have to ask for them. Ketchup dispenser broken! (once again you’ve to ask for it) What more shall say!

If I could give no stars on here I would. The drive through line is frequently long and the orders are inaccurate. When you go to take order back for a correction, the employees are frequently rude but eventually do correct your order.
The drive through employees can be nice when they choose to be, but as of this morning they were taking at minimum twenty minutes for an order of two hot cakes an a large sweet tea.
Drinks at this McDonalds are $ 2.00 apiece instead of the advertised $ 1.00 that advertised. Outside of the restaurant, it appears to be somewhat neat and tidy, however it ends there.
Upon entering this establishment, you will find that it isn’t kept up. The floors are frequently dirty, the table and chairs are frequently dirty or sticky. The drink station is usually a sticky mess both on the counter and on the floor. The bathrooms are unkept and should be cleaned and sanitized more often.
The food served on the inside is served quickly but isn’t served with a smile. Over all I will never eat here again nor will I refer this McDonalds to anyone.

Perennial stop on my annual trip up north, this is my guilty pleasure. Huge restaurant, lots of parking and friendly staff. I think the drive through overwhelms the kitchen. There’s nobody in line inside but orders are moving as slow as the truck lane through the grapevine.

10:45 pm drove by on our way home for a cup of coffee… wow. when I took the 1^st drink it was the coldest cup of coffee ever… wow and they were voth small coffees. & most bitter. come on McDonald’s you do all day bkst but cant get a hot cup of fresh coffee… SMH

quick access from freeway, so doesn’t take too much time away from travel
I have not had any problems here, so 3 stars is what they deserve

This place was packed on Sunday morning. My husband waited 15 minutes for a sausage biscuit and hash brown to-​go, and they messed up and gave him an Egg McMuffin. Considering the wait, he threw the sandwich away. The hash brown was warm.
I found the bathroom okay. Not sparkling, not covered in dung. One stall had a busted lock.
We will make a point of avoiding this place in the future.

Was surprised that I have not written a review for this place. So here is a short one.
Good place to stop for a restroom break before heading up the mountain on your way up north. It is right off the freeway.
This McDonald’s branch can get crazy busy, but service is usually quick. Normally, the restaurant is pretty clean. Service is fine.
I don’t need to tell you about the menu, because they are almost all the same in the U.S.
