Lesson learned: don’t order the garlic knots. They burned the first order and took 40 minutes to bring out new ones, which were only slightly less burned. They also seemed pretty put off by having to bring a new order out. The pizza was ok so I threw in an extra star.

Buyer beware. They do not honor online deals. Why? Probably because the independent owner doesn’t want to front the potential loss. That’s disappointing. Business 101, It’s cheaper, easier, and more effective to retain current customers than it is to acquire new ones. In fact, if this location can retain all of its customers by just one additional month on average, they can achieve an additional ~3 percent of annual growth. If they can retain their customer base for four additional months, they can create double-digit growth – without adding a single new customer. Pretty sure that will make up for any potential loss from the franchisor coupon. But hey, who am I anyways… Look, there’s Mod Pizza! Woot!

What a joke. Rude on the phone. Online app didn’t work and they won’t honor online deals. Same guy that takes order delivers a cold uncut pizza. Dave, find a new job. Joey, thanks for going above and beyond and trying to fix Dave’s mistakes. Management needs to clean house with some employees and I’m not talking about Joey. Yes Dave, I mean you!

Zero stars if I could !! Multiple times we have ordered the same thing and consistently received it wrong — even after complaints to their corporate office who insured us that they would guarantee it right on our next order, even mailing us a coupon for a free order. Well, we finally decided to give them another try but to no avail. Pizza took 45 minutes to be delivered and was lukewarm at best. 9 o’clock on a Tuesday night– by far a busy time. My biggest pet peeve is the $.75 charge for extra pepperoconis which is fine if we actually RECIEVED them!!! Never ever ever have we had more than 2 in the box even after the charges! It’s ok if they miss a free parmesean packet, but not an item you PAY for. And specifically request on drivers notes to check for! Management is lax and nonchalant. Obviously nobody cares about their jobs or customers here.

I would say 2 and half stars: THEPOSITIVES: Cheap Fast delivery Easy online ordering THENOTSOGREAT: I just do not love the flavor… an overwhelming sweet/tomato paste flavor for me. No green olives :-( Thicker crust than I enjoy and too much cornmeal rolling around. Overall, this is a viable option if I need to order in a fast and affordable pizza for the kids. Tweens enjoy it(they will eat almost anything) and I do appreciate how fast and simple ordering online is.“Meh I ‘ve had better” suits my taste but kids like the pizza so 2 and half stars it is!
