Since having my home purchase inspected 2.4 years ago, I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in repairs not identified, nor items not even brought to my attention as to their possible implications. When hiring for inspection, to make it worse, I didn’t realize that appliances were not included – which this is the first time I have run across this. This review is not timely as I have been spending almost every moment in the home … working with contractors. And since there is only a short term time of liability on behalf of the inspection, the least I can do is say: buyers beware!
