This place is disgusting. The store itself looked clean but the horrors lay within the food. We arrived upon opening and when we went to order it looked as though the food had been left out for a couple days. The tomatos were curling and wilted, the lettuce was gross and looked awful until they were fluffed to look not as bad. The overall appearance of the toppings station was beyond below standards. It looked like nobody had cleaned for awhile and this was at opening! I don’t know why, but our bread was taken out of plastic bag sitting on top of the fridge instead of the bread box below? The only positive notes were that the meat was refrigerated(thank god) and sliced in front of us and the gentleman who helped us seemed friendly enough. This is not the sub shop I remember from my youth at all and will not be returning for the sake of my health and disappointment in such poor food standards.

I think this place is good. I think its even better than subway. When you ask for extra veggies, theyll give u as much as u want, where subway, you have to keep saying more, which is annoying. The panini sandwiches are delish also. Always hot and yummy. Ill be back for sure.

Love that they slice your meat to order! There are not very many sandwich shops in Castle Rock so this one is my favorite. The people that work here are very friendly and I love that they have a punch card too! So you can earn a free sandwich. I always get the turkey and cheese but they do have $ 5 foot longs as well. Great toppings too.

I eat here once or twice a year(despite the fact that I eat lunch in Castle Rock several times a week) and after I eat here I always remember why it takes me so long to go back again. First, the place smells bad and I can’t get past that. It’s got a musty smell which does nothing for my appetite. The sandwiches don’t have much taste, even the ones that have stuff piled on them. And the bread is mushy. Today I had a steak and cheese sub. What was that? A miniscule amount of meat with no noticeable cheese in the middle of a giant, fluffy, mushy piece of bread. Could they have toasted the sub? At least toasted the roll? This bears no resemblance to a steak and cheese done on the grill, with tasty meat and lots of cheese. I have a similar opinion of the other subs. They just don’t cut it. I far prefer Quizno’s or a sub from the Boulevard Pizzeria in the north part of town(now that’s a real sub). Alas, on the south end of town, your only choices are Blimpie and Subway. Actually, you’d probably be better off going in the Safeway next door and getting one of their deli subs.
