Chick-​fil-​A is our «go-​to» for a dinner/​meal on the go. They can (and usually do) have a LONG line in the drive thru, but it still gets you in and out of there FAST. I have pickle people – kids who love extra pickles, and kids who hate pickles. They get my order correct EVERY time! Free water (no cup charge or attitude). As many sauces as you want – no attitude. Delicious food. I love their Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch. It’s «my pleasure» to eat here!

I had high marks for this store in the past. But this has changed. I’m a regular AM customer and it’s time to say something about one of the AM employees. I have consistently been (and other customers) treated rudely and disrespectful by employee Sara. Mr. Store Operator, it is time to let this employee find another job.

The food is a step above typical fast food fare, but what sold me on returning was the great staff and family-​friendly atmosphere. Tuesday Family Nights are fun for the entire family and the fact that they are closed on Sunday’s proves this corporation’s belief in the sanctity of family and quality time spent together. Love the cow who pushes the notion to «Eat Mote Chikin. Do to the family values not seen at other establishments, makes me chose Chick Fil A.

We have eaten here as a family numerous times over the past few years, and I have never left a review til now. I can not tell you how friendly and helpful the staff are here at this store. Anything you ask for, they will get, and respond, «My pleasure.» Its hard to get someone at the competing fast food places to even look at you when you order. To top it off, the store is always clean, and the food is consistently good — exactly what you look for in this type of restaurant.

This Chic Fil A is like a full service restaurant. We stopped in today on our way home from DIA headed to the springs and were pleasantly surprised with the service. The manager came over several times asking if we needed anything: fresh ground pepper for soup, drink refills, etc.
Definitely not your every day fast food experience.

Always very busy and they seem to push things along with a big and courtious staff. For me the weak spot is the fries because they seem to come from a frozen state.

We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. Their chicken is good and wait staff is also good. The wait for food is short. We got our food before my family even sat down. Not a place to go to dinner but a good place to stop by every once in a while. Very casual.

Everyone from the drive thru to dine in is always nice and smiling. I love their chicken nuggets. Yes, I am a grown ass man, but still eat nuggets every time I visit. I think the 12 pc is 400 calories. Chocolate shakes/​malts are tasty as well.
I see a line most times I drive by, but they seem to be pretty efficient in moving things along. Closed on Sunday.

Most times I in a rush in morning for them to open so I can grab as soon as they open. Normally only have 20mins once open to get to work. They never fail. Its still made fresh to order and I still get to work on time.

Best fast food restaurant in Castle Rock! they are always friendly and take care of any request you have. food is always piping hot and freshly made, not left under a heat lamp.
Only warning is not to go at noon if you are short on time. Line goes out the driveway and down the road, but I guess that just a better testament to how good they are.

Me and my friends agree that this is our favorite chick –fil-​a. The food is awesome, the staff is so friendly, and I don’t think it could get any better! I’m addicted! :)

More companies need to look at the customer service that Chic Fa A offers. I do not eat fast food but once in a blue moon but this is my first choice every time. Great chicken Nuggets and the sauces are really good too. Thank you for your wonderful service. By the way they will be catering my wedding… Late night snacks! haha
