As I sit here at the KFC A&W they’re out of 1) Diet A&W, 2) Popcorn Shrimp, 3) Corn Dog Bites, 4) Biscuits, or 5) Honey…& that’s only what I’m aware of… either they’re closing & haven’t told anyone or their manager really needs a sit down with ownership & consider whether not they give a damn. The Colonel would not be pleased

I go here about once a week. It is very convenient to my house in Latigo. The chicken is what brings me back. The extra crispy is awesome. Maggie is the manager and she has been great.
I can buy a bucket of chicken and it lasts my family 2 or 3 meals.

Chicken didn’t taste fresh at all. The mac & cheese came out cold, we asked them to warm it up in mircowave. She forgot it was in the microwave, took forever to give it back to us. Then my daughter found a hair in it. Never eating here again.

This fast food restaurant is so dirty. I would not recommend this location. Service was poor and they messed up our meals.

I don’t know why everyone’s complaining. It’s fast food, not a five star restaurant. They’re very short on staff, so I understood why the tables weren’t very clean. The food came pretty fast and tasted pretty good. The root beer was amazing as always. The employees felt bad about the messy tables and they seemed extremely nice and polite.

I am only giving this restaurant one star because it makes me give something. I went to KFC 04/​09/​2015 around noon. Ordered Chili Cheese Fries and a five piece hotwing through the drive through. When I got to my office I realized the order was wrong. I went back spoke to a young man who was AWESOME, and he apologized and agreed to get the order fixed. The manager Josh then comes over and says that he fixed the order and was sure it was right when he gave it to me, insinuating that I partially ate my meal then brought it back! Well lo and behold, when he went to correct my order they didn’t even HAVE what I ordered and had to cook it. At this point I have now waited over 30 minutes. The customer prior to me had just been upset for the same reason. Josh fixes my fries puts them in a bag and then says we don’t have hot wings. I assumed you could take something else. Why not ask me first!!!
This isn’t the worst part, a racist white customer decides this his opportunity to verbally attack me and Josh does nothing !!! The original customer who was upset had to ask the guy to leave me alone who follows me out of the store! This customer made racial comments, could have harmed me ANYTHING josh did nothing. He did not ask this customer to leave, he did not apologize to me for getting the order wrong. All he gave me was excuses as to why he couldn’t seem to get anyone’s order that day. He clearly has not been trained on how to plan for the day or a busy lunch time. I don’t like to write bad reviews unless it’s just a horrendous experience. I was treated less than nothing by the manager, and all I simply said to him was I was frustrated because I was on mylunch hour and this error had consumed it. I was not yelling, disrespectful or irate but as a consumer I SHOULD have the platform to express to the manager I am displeased with being accused of eating food and bringing it back. Not cool KFC not cool at all.

Do not go here. This place is filthy, the service is slow and the staff acts like you’re an inconvenience.

This was my annual trek to KFC — We got a 10 piece bucket of chicken, and it was bad. Three of the pieces were so incredibly tiny that they probably weighed 6 ounces altogether. Plus they were overcooked-​fried and dry. I called the restaurant and talked to the person on duty, Dallas, asked for my name and how to spell it (why? :-/​) and said they were sorry and that’s about it. I would not recommend this place and won’t be going again. Next time we get chicken, it will be a different place, that’s for sure!!!
BLAH to KFC in Castle Rock!!! Like the other UnilocalERS, I cannot imagine who owns this place.

Last night at 8pm I ordered the two piece boneless chicken meal and it was simply the most inedible box of garbage I have ever got from a fast food joint. The chicken was hard, cold, and dry as a bone. The potato wedges were cold and limp. Unfortunately I was hopping on the freeway and couldn’t turn around to have them fix it. Absolutely the worst meal I have ever ordered from anywhere.

This location is horrible no matter what day of the week if you decide to try to go and pick up a meal they will either have all their lights out or not have any chicken. If they are open no original and just wings. Why would I want a meal with just wings. The doors and drive thru says they are open till 10 pm. Employee standing out front on break smoking. Save yourself the hassle and go to Chickfila down the street.
