My daughter and I love this place. It is our favorite place to grab a coffee/treat and meet up with friends. I really appreciate the way they get involved in community events; staying open and giving discounts. Great atmosphere, great service!

Love the people that work here. I don’t know one of the girls names but she is very personable and makes great coffee!

Hands down, best coffee I’ve had outside of Europe. It’s the real deal if you’ve ever had good coffee. But if Starbucks is your point of reference for great coffee; you probably won’t know the difference. Dazbog is coffee without all the Starbucks bells and whistles that trick you into thinking you’re drinking great coffee.

Great coffee. The food and beverages are always great, I come here often because it’s convenient and the staff are always friendly and courteous. However, there are a few things I’ve found to be very disappointing. There are always swarms of flies, which makes for an enjoyable time to sit not so enjoyable. The summer temps continue indoors as its always very warm inside, not great A/C. Otherwise, it’s an okay alternative to Starbucks.

Really enjoy walking up to this shop In the morning to get coffee. It is a nice place to grab your morning joe. Last time we went we tried their gluten free bread and it was very tasty. The line was long but they got us through fairly quickly.

I find this to be the best coffee shop in town and the staff to be great! Each time I have a question they are knowledgeable and courteous. The staff at Dazbog can accept a variation with your order without an issue. Starbucks never takes a deviation with my orders without attitude or messing it up, Crowfoot is overpriced for the output and Lost Coffee tastes off. I will keep coming back to Dazbog!

Without exception, I have always had conscientious service and wonderful coffee here. For me, their product and service is the one I judge other coffee shops by. Great job and consistent performance!

I guess you could describe Dazbog as a Russian Starbucks but it’s really a bit more. The mere fact that you are surrounded by Russian writing on the walls gives it a different bent. The baristas seemed a bit more edgy unlike their more clean cut Starbucks’ counter parts. I thought their coffee drinks were pretty good. I had a white chocolate frappachinno concoction that was tasty(not too sweet) and refreshing on a slightly warm day. A cool and funky little place with a variation on a theme.

Daz Bog is passable only cause it’s got no Starbucks competition. I like good dark roast and went in several times over the last month but only got to try French roast which was average. Hard to wreak French. I «heard» they have several other great darks but apparently they never brew them? The breakfast burrito I tried was also mediocre.

Delicious coffee and friendly people! They have 2 fireplaces, large windows and good music. Smiley people, lots of variety and sugar free, lactose free and gluten free options! Yum!

It’s very, very strong coffee. Always tastes a little burnt to me – I’m a bigger fan of Crowfoot Valley coffee when I want a mocha or latte, and Lost Coffee for their regular drip coffee.

If you love to wait an hour for your coffee, you will love this place! We have stopped here a few times and we always wait an unbelievable amount of time and were usually the only ones in the place! I will say that almost every time I’ve been here I see the owner(I assume?) and he’s working just as hard as his staff. I like that in a business.

Coffee, convenience, and comfort. Great place to be. A great place, with comfortable over-stuffed chairs, for meeting business associates for a brew(coffee, that is) and solving some of the world’s problems … or consummating that business deal that has been perking for months.(Pun intended) There may be plenty of coffee shops in Castle Rock, some say too many, but this is among the top three. and that is saying something.(All three are in the downtown but spread out through the business district making them convenient no matter where you are shopping or doing business in town.) PS Great coffee though not for wussies. Strong and flavorful.

Me: Hi, I’ll have a very bland and ordinary chicken pierogy and a tiny bottle of orange juice, please. Clerk: That’ll be $ 8.50, please. Me: What?

So I will say, i love the smell of coffee! However, i walked into this place, and the aroma of coffee… was suffocating!!! We had to leave after just a few seconds of being in there.

I’m more used to places like Starbucks and Novo, so perhaps the issue is that the coffee here is not quite my taste. The last time I came in, I ordered an iced vanilla latte easy on the syrup. I think that instead of giving me regular syrup and dialing down the quantity, they must have given me sugar-free syrup. The beverage was still far too sweet, plus I got a giant headache after only a few sips(I have a sensitivity to aspartame and other artificial sweeteners). That coffee made me so sick with full-blown migraine symptoms that I haven’t been able to try Dazbog at a store since. Though I have had brewed Dazbog at a doctor’s waiting room, and it was very good.

I wasn’t sure Castle Rock needed another coffee shop, given that there’s already so many of that OTHER chain. You know the one I’m talking about. The one everyone hates but still goes to all the time anyway. I stand corrected, Daz Bog sets itself apart from you-know-who. While they may be part of a franchise, you can tell they are independantly owned and those owners really care about quality. The service is always incredibly friendly, the staff makes helpful suggestions, and the drinks are made fast and are always fantastic. The location is always clean & comfortable. I’m a fan!
