Downeast Basics

This shop is great for the outlet in Castle Rock as it provides more options that are trendy and for a decent price. I’ve been in here a few times and the associates have never said hello to me, I guess they were too busy with other customers.?? The shop is small but they do a good job of merchandising their assortments throughout the store. I’ve found a couple of cute skinny pants and dresses but never purchased anything so I can’t rate the quality.

They have some very simple, stylish things here. I found clearance earrings from $ 3 and nice, dressy skirts for $ 29 so the bargains are here to be found for sure. The clothes that come directly from the Downeast line are all super soft and comfortable. They carry women sizes up to about 14. The also have a small section of both mens wear and girls wear.
Employees were all nice and helpful with selecting outfits and put together some color combinations that were adorable and I would not have thought of myself. I kind of see 20’s to young 30’s as their perfect target market. A great place to get cute, casual work clothes without breaking the bank.
Overall, cute stuff at fairly low prices. They do carry other national name brands in the store mostly towards the back and some of those can be a steal.
