A useless, unfriendly sales staff and frankly when dealing with overpriced(particularly for an outlet) product the least they could do is greet the customer. Deals can be found, but it’s best to shop the clearance rack as much of the product is priced at retail while claiming to be discounted. Signs reading«take an additional 20(or 30 or 50) percent off» are not really already discounted so the deals aren’t too spectacular. Getting a dressing room only because it was open(pants and hangers strewn about) was fortunate as nobody could be bothered to help when I was looking try on my selections. Thankfully the shoes are on the floor, a good idea in a store with such poor customer service. If it sounds like I’m bagging on these guys, so be it. I’ve been through the store a number of times, work in the fitness industry and can rarely get a hello. I can purchase underarmour online with a lot less cost and frustration. They’re lucky to get two stars.

This location was extremely packed, but they tried their hardest to be as efficient with their customers as possible(mobile checkout with cards, etc.), which I appreciated. The selection was varied, and I liked that there were as many sales sections as there were regular prices ones. I always love a good sale. And while UA doesn’t have crazy deals like some other places, I am heartened to know I’m getting my money’s worth in terms of quality. As are my parents, both of whom scored awesome new kicks thanks to UA.
