Worst customer service i have ever experienced in mens clothing! I asked if the pants i had picked up were there flat front non pleated pant and im not sure if she didnt know what a pleat was but she goes on a huge explanation of slim fit vs fitted vs regular. After not answering my question she gets on a personal call as a procede to pick out a few shirts and a few pairs of pants. I asked if i could try it on and she asks if i know my size and i assured her i do. She proceeded to ask an additionaly 3 times! After i told her i am 100%. Sure and that this is not my first rodeo she finally lets up but will only let me try on 1 of the 4 shirts i have picked out. Who does that? I would have spent 3 or 4 times more had i been able to simply try on the clothes i tried on. I understanf van huesen is a bottom shelf clothing company and you get what you pay for down to service, but i would get better service at target for goodness sakes. I would advise everyone to spend your money elsewhere, express, joseph a banks, mens wearhouse all value based clothing stores with much better service

The cashier was on a personal call and put the phone on the counter to ring me up. I asked about the rewards card and she said I don’t need it. I said I wanted it, because I bought my husband shirts here often. She picked on up, scanned it and told me to look online for information. I said, how much do I have to spend to get a «reward» and she said, the website should say. While I swiped my cc, she picked the up the phone and continued her personal conversation. Geeze, you’d think with people desperate for jobs, they could find someone a bit more customer service friendly. I won’t be shopping in this store again! Actually, it’s not any cheaper than Ross or TJ Maxx for shirts of the same brand, just a better selection here. I was here Nov 92011 at 12:07pm.
