Arrived at 10 AM sharp as we had just gotten to the Outlet Stores and this was the first place we wanted to go to. Store hours do start at 10 AM for a Thursday. The doors were locked and we waited a bit for them to get to the door. They didn’t even look up at us and kept on with whatever they were doing. We decided to skip them for the moment and come back later. We came back later and didn’t find much in the store. Their clearance section is very disorganized with shoe boxes under incorrect shoe sizes and I noticed dust bunnies around the store. The people behind the counter did not even acknowledge nor wish us a nice afternoon as we were leaving.

Great customer service! The sales associate was friendly, kind amd personable. The shoe selection is really good for an putlet location and the quality is excellent. I bought a pair of heels in here and they are the most comfortable heels I own. The actual heel on the shoes held up walking along a lot of cement.

Sometimes you just have to have some cute new shoes and if you do not want to break the bank this is your shop! They always have great promotions like «buy one get one ½ off» or «BOGO»! I frequently stock up on sandals in the spring and boots in the fall with all these irresistible bargains. They have really fun pumps, sandals, flats, boots and tons of accessories. With all the latest styles, lots of inventory and factory outlet prices this store is tops!!! Woo hoo!

I went shopping here with a girlfriend on Fri night. The sales associate was beyond sweet! Told us about all the deals going on. Then when we started looking at shoes, she asked my size and I told her the shoe I was looking for. She brought me anything that came close. Really above and beyond customer service. My girlfriend left with 2 pairs of shoes and I got a great purse for my sister for her birthday. I am a size 11 and they do have that size too which is so nice. It is so hard to find stores that carry 11s!
