Peak View Dental

A friend referred us to Jennifer Sibo and she was as skilled as they had claimed. The front office staff are very unprofessional and callous though. Every visit I took my children to, the staff could be heard insulting the clients for missing appointments after they hung up the phone. I tolerated this until my wife missed an appointment because we had a death in the family. Obviously the last thing on our minds are to contact the dentist when we are leaving out of the country. When we got back my wife called to reschedule and they charged us $ 50 for not canceling 24hrs before. Then they proceeded to lecture her on how important the dentists time is. So I told my wife to go ahead and pay it and find us a new dentist. WE, the clients, are important. Find yourself a caring dentists office, because you won’t find that here.

I love love love this dentist and that is saying a lot since I use to hate going to the dentist. My first visit I was dreading going and the getting bad news about my teeth and the sure to follow lecture for not taking good care of my teeth. However, that was not the case with Peak View Dental. The dentist did not have too much bad news for me and she took the time to go over the x-​rays and everything she was looking at. Their dental chairs have little massagers in them, they provide you chap stick so your lips do not dry out during the procedure, and offered me bottle water. The staff was beyond friendly. I have been recommending this dentist to everyone I know. Even people that live out of state because I love them so much.
