Service and food quality have been getting worse lately. For years this was the best fast food in town, but my last few visits the patties we’re obviously not fresh and flavorless. Seems like something has changed and not for the better.

Spent 25 $ on food, drove back through the drive through to get a shake, and thought I would ask for a refill. They refused to refill my soda and threw my cup away. I asked for a new cup because there was still some soda left and they gave me about ¼ a cup of soda. I will never be eating here again thanks to the manager on 8pm Saturday evening.

Pretty good for a fast food place. I typically like Sonic. This is pretty average for the most part. The service slightly better than average. The food was good.

Terrible, I ordered the chicken strip dinner tonight and got a box of tator tots only. We didn’t check our order until we got home so unfortunately couldn’t get a refund or a correct order. Completely disappointed.

Located in probably the most inconvenient place in Castle Rock. Besides the fact that you can barely get in or out of this parking lot this Sonic is OK! Food is decent like the mozz sticks and burgers but the gravy for dipping sauce is really below average and watery. Happy hour is amazing so get here around 2pm.

–Love me some SONIC. –Road warriors and I were here in Colorado and just wanted something to eat better than McDonalds. –Ate the Chicago Hot Dog and got fries and onion rings with it. So good, it hit the spot. –Location was nice, very good, right near the mall– all these stores to go to. –Very fast service at this sonic, it was early in the day but still great job. –Need SONIC close to me here in New York. –Bacon Cheeseburger is usually great too, I kind of wish I ordered it as well.

Simply avoid — bad food, poor layout(too congested), poor customer service and full of excuses … AVOIDATALLCOSTS!

This place is a chromed-up version of what I imagine used to be on every side of town back in the fifties; a good-ol’ drive-in with good burgers, fries, malts and shakes. They –do– have a drive-thru, but who wants to use that when you can pull up and mash the order button after perusing the menu of styled-up burgers, grilled and fried chicken sandwiches along with your grab-bag of chicken strips, french fries, tater tots… and grilled cheese? Yes, you can order a grilled cheese. They have a decent selection of breakfast items that are served all day as well, so if you really want a warm croissant with bacon and egg and cheese, french toast sticks or a ‘breakfast’ burrito at two in the P.M., you can do a thing. The drink selection is straight out of the fifties, too, offering fun-tasting and colored slushies and the person on the radio will ask you if you’d like to add vanilla to your Coke or cherry to your Sprite. My favorite concoction they serve here is called an «Ocean Water». It’s some sort of blue fantastic made up of Sprite and some other, unrecognizable flavors that mash up into complete deliciousness and thirst quenching. The staff here is a pretty young sort, friendly and running to and fro with orders, change and condiment trays. Some even keep it classy, sporting the roller-skates of yore, neon as the signs that tell you they’re OPEN. Some affix roller-blades to their feet, breaking the illusion and jolting you back to the 21st century. The food here is cheap and pretty tasty for what it is. GIve ‘em a whirl, daddy-o. Can’t forget: they have a ‘happy-hour’ thing from 2pm-4pm where drinks are half off!

I really like Sonic for their drinks but I usually stop here before work, which is at 10 pm, and they have one of the slowest drive thru’s I have ever seen. It’s horrible.

The nearest Sonic to me in California is 30 minutes away, so to go to this Sonic in particular was a real treat! Since we were both Sonic virgins, we didn’t quite know how to order and ended up getting out of the car and talking to the menu. Once we ordered, we got back into our car and realized we should’ve paid closer attention to the Sonic commericials — the actors are in the car for a reason — Sonic is the real deal DRIVEIN experience. LOL! I was pleasantly surprised with the value! Cheap shakes and drinks paired with a burger was perfect and I absolutely loved the jalpeno cheese poppers. Nothing special, but nothing terrifying either.

Working for Sonic was one of my first jobs as a teen(almost 15 years ago — yikes!), so I have always loved Sonic, mostly due to nostalgia… I have also spent a lot of time in Texas where Sonic rocks! I do know that they are all franchised, so you get an experience as good as the franchisor manages his Sonic’s. However, the one here in Castle Rock could step it up. I have been screwed several times with crappy food here, so I stick to only getting the yummy fountain drinks(diet Sprite with Cranberry). Last time I went here for food was after my daughter’s swim lesson last week. I ordered her the kid’s meal with a hot dog. I got home only to find her hot dog looked more like a Slim Jim. It was completely overcooked and almost black and shiveled up. I did call in to their 800 number thinking maybe someone would like to know their food quality is horrible. I received a postcard in the mail a few days later from the manager that was totally lame and every other word was misspelled. Terrible customer service recovery. I will keep coming back for the drinks, because it is hard to screw that up, but I won’t be ordering food there anymore.

Mediocre burgers, great desserts, fun place to hang out. But manager is a little weird — I had a «buy one get one» sandwich coupon and they wouldn’t let me use it for hot dog. said it wasn’t a sandwich. If it’s not a sandwich, what the hell is it then? It comes on a roll?
