Store was not busy, was taken within a minute by Joe. Help was okay, but charged a $ 1 to tape up a box.

We’ve only had great service! The guys that work here are extremely helpful, courteous, kind and happy. They go above and beyond and I will always choose them over the post office! They have so many different services and have met all my needs! Thanks guys, mostly for the great customer service which is most important to me.

Todd and his staff are beyond amazing! We’ve been using their shipping services and post mail box services for years now, and they continue to go above and beyond with the commitment to outstanding customer service. This store treated me so poorly, I will tell everyone I know to go to the much more customer service friendly store on Wilcox. Zack and Liz were there when I arrive, children in tow with a package. I needed one piece of tape for the top of my package and they told me they’d charge me a dollar for this piece of tape. I didn’t have any cash on hand, and my package was prepaid, so I said. «Are you serious?» Zack said it was a rule and they wouldn’t break it for me. I asked him if it was possible to just tape it up and I’d now know for next time and he refused. Liz then popped her head out and said ‘we do comp tape for ‘nice’ customers, but not you.” Zach said because I said«Are you serious?» he didn’t want to help me and told me to go to their competitor’s store on Wilcox. I stood there trying to reason with the two of them for a good 10 minutes and they laughed at me and told me the owner Todd didn’t care about losing my business either. Apparently, they break the rules for ‘nice customers’ but refused to give me the one piece of tape I needed to send my parcel out. I had to drive to wilcox, and that owner was SOGRACIOUS… he taped me up and told me he’d welcome me anytime. BOTTOMLINE: AVOIDTHISSTORE, save yourself the attitude from the teenage workers there and go directly to the Wilcox store instead. I’m amazed at how this all went down over one piece of tape.
