Great staff, very friendly as always. Hopefully since Safeway is leaving, the parking lot will be «fixed». I hate that each lane has traffic going both ways. But back to the staff — they are great, very friendly and helpful.

I agree — This location is awful. I came in to print a few documents this morning. First, the self service computer has out of date anti-virus software and an old version of Windows. The USB ports on the front(not that i exactly wanted to put my flash drive in anyway) were broken, so i asked the associate(Ron I think) to print the documents for me. He was too lazy, so he brought me back over to the computer and plugged my flash drive in on the back. He then had the nerve to charge me a $ 5 computer rental fee. I challenged it saying i had asked him to print the documents in the first place. He replied saying something to the effect of «Well I would have had to use the computer anyway.» Just an awful experience end to end. Ron has no customer service skills at all.

Very disappointed at this location. Couldn’t answer any of my questions so I went to the next closest UPS and did business with them. Also this location enforces policies that doesn’t match with UPS official policies. This store needs a lot of improvements or I don’t see them staying open for very long.
