Wendy’s

Not sure why all the haters. Every time I’ve been there the food has been good and the service has been quick. 4 for 4 JBC meal is is my automatic order. Sometimes I’ll throw in a frosty if I’m feeling a little crazy.

The worst. Here on a Sunday night, the place is empty and the service is incredibly slow. It’s amazing. My order was incorrect but who am I going to co. plain to, it was obvious that the cashier barely spoke any English. Literally waiting 12 minutes for my ‘fast food’.

I don’t know why I continue to come to this location. It’s close to my office for a quick lunch, but literally 75% of the time they get my order wrong. It’s not that hard… #1 ketchup only! I get it, it’s just a burger. But when I only have limited time for a lunch break before my next patient, I don’t always have time to go back to have them fix it. So I usually either throw it away or give it to someone else. Today, I did go back to get it fixed. I was polite when I explained the situation, and waited patiently as the made a new burger. Even though driving back and forth with all this crazy road construction, and waiting, made me late for my next patient. The older gentleman at the counter was very nice, and quick to get it corrected. The taller man with a headset on, working by drive thru, was not. He had the audacity to turn to his coworker working the drive thru window and say «wow that’s a bitchey lady right there» as if I was deaf and couldn’t hear him. Incredibly unprofessional! It’s not that hard to get the order right the first time, and politely fix the mistake if it’s presented, without being an ass. This clearly proves that this location no longer needs my business.

I waited over 15 min in the drive thru for a frosty? What gives? Horrible service and the frosty was melted by the time I got it.

First of all, we loved Wendy’s, until we came to this one. We moved in the beginning of August and went here to grab a quick bite while moving. Wrong! We got to listen to the manager (of all people) complaining and whining about how much her job sucked. It took well over 45 minutes to complete 4 burgers and a small order of chicken nuggets. We refused to go back until recently and this time we had the pleasure of watching employees throw food at each other, sneeze over food and screw up the 3 orders in front of us. All this while the manager watched and laughed. They successfully messed up our order. We will not go back. Chik Fil A is closer and a much better choice for service.

I used to come here every once in a while when I worked at one of the local businesses. I had to stop going after a while, though, because it sometimes took far too long to get my food. I do still go to other Wendy’s locations as a «healthier» fast food option. It’s hard to go wrong with the salads and chili, which are both delicious and filling.
