Castro Valley, CA
Deerview park is in the residential area in Castro Valley called Columbia. It is located next to a private swim club on a grassy hill. The playstructure & swings are well maintained & modern. The picnic area is covered & perfect for birthday parties. There are 2 grills, one in the picnic area & another halfway up the hill next to an uncovered picnic table. There is a basketball court at the top of the hill & a gorgeous view to be seen.
Downside: There are no restrooms as most the park goers are from the houses nearby.
