We are mid-project working with Randy and normally wouldn’t write something until it was all wrapped up, but as working with Randy has been so great so far, my husband & I thought a good review was due now. :) Why we like working with Randy: 1. He is cost conscious — he thinks about plant sizes to optimize your bang for your buck, right times to plant to have things really take hold, etc. He is very thoughtful in general about how not to throw money away on unnecessary things. 2. He is maintenance conscious — For my husband & I(who know very little about landscaping), we initially had interest in some things that looked cool in pictures, but then Randy pointed out how messy they can be or how time consuming the upkeep can be to make them look a certain way. We are really grateful that Randy chips in with his two cents if an idea of ours doesn’t make sense for us… I’ve worked with a lot of vendors over the years who just will do what the client asks to try to make them happy that way. Reality is that if you aren’t getting good advice upfront, you end up unhappy down the line. 3. He is a good communicator — Randy does email and phone calls very readily. He reads and considers everything you send and provides feedback that clearly shows he is listening to you. Overall, we just feel like Randy is treating our project like he would a project he was doing at his own house and with his own money. You really can’t ask for much more!

This is more of a recognition than a actual review of the business. I was recommended/refered by some stranger at Lowe’s. While shoping for the new yard he eavesdropped onto a conversation of mineswith the store employee then recommended that if I need any landscaping needs we should go to Randy’s company. Funny story but that is how I found out about the business and maybe when we have another yard project we’ll give them a ring.
