I Highly recommend Jenn’s Cupcakes. I ordered a dozen of each the caramel maple pecan bars and chocolate dipped coconut macaroon for a birthday luncheon at work. So delicious!!! The only problem I had was trying to pick out what to order, so many delicious choices. Jenn was very helpful and told me these were her two top sellers of the «sweet treats.» She delivered them to my office without any problem. Thank you Jenn. I will definitely use your services again in the future.

i was searching for a cake place and emailing/​calling everyone in my area trying to set up a birthday cake. no one was answering me, i almost gave up until i found jean’s cupcakes and parties on Unilocal.i called her up just to see if she had an opening and luckily she was available.
through a lot of emails back and forth she worked out everything with me in the end and gave me a beautiful cake! it was everything i asked and hoped for! when my party came around everyone was very impressed with the cake and the amount of detail in it. the pictures on top of the suitcase were edible and everyone had fun trying to eat them. the cake was really the center of the party and it was really tasty too! with the center of a vanilla strawberry combination it couldn’t go wrong!
for any event in the future i would definitely get my cakes from jean’s. she was very friendly and very helpful.

I bought 11 dozen mini cupcakes from Jenn for my engagement party and not only were they beautiful, they were DELICIOUS! I ordered the lemon, reese’s peanut butter, chocolate buttercream, red velvet and key lime. ALL of them were amazing (I had at least one of each and saved a few for the day after the party). I told Jenn about our color scheme and she even created some cute yellow & white mini flowers for the tops. I rented one of her stands which was perfect for our party. My soon to be mother-​in-​law picked up the cupcakes and Jenn let us borrow a cooler to transport them. All were packaged carefully and they were in perfect shape when we unpacked them. Jenn was extremely easy to work with, her cupcakes were delicious and I would definitely use her again for future events!

I admit, I was going to bake for my daughter in-​laws birthday… but got caught up on my own mother’s day celebrations.
As my daughter bakes as a serious hobby… had to be special. Jenn to the rescue! I called at 3:30 and she listed the few things she had left… I picked 6 regular cupcakes: strawberry, banana, raspberry, red velvet, key lime and carrot.
every one was delicious. fresh, moist and flavorful. all icings were matched perfectly with the cake flavors. ready for more!

Another amazing creation by Jenn and her team! It was exactly what I asked for and it was gorgeous! My daughter loved her beautiful cake! The cake and cupcakes tasted delicious as well!

Jenns cupcakes and parties is hands down the best in the Bay Area. I needed a cake for my gender reveal party and she immediately gave me so many ideas and the best tips and tricks to make sure the cake was the perfect color. size and décor that it needed to be. She was completely honest as well when it came to the dos and don’ts.
And then the cake itself was delicious and moist. The perfect combines of sweet and decadent.
I have a few more events this year and I will for sure be returning with more sweet tooth requests.

This review is based on service: I ordered a last minute dozen cupcakes to be delivered to my friends work for her birthday. They were so kind on the phone, very easy to work with and made great suggestions. Since they already had a delivery in close proximity, I only had to pay $ 3 for the delivery. I am waiting for feedback on flavor of the cupcakes and will update this review soon. I know this made my friends day and the pictures I saw that she posted looked delicious. I would love to order from here again.
Update from the receiver: The cake was super moist. The s’mores one was awesome — very cool how she put the marshmallow in the middle of the topper — creative. That one was my favorite.

Update:
When Jenn found out I didn’t get any cupcakes at my wedding, she was kind enough to give me a complementary dozen of minis! They were delicious and moist (really hard to pull off with minis) with great flavor. My favorite was the banana pecan fudge– other strong contenders –blueberry lemon and key lime.
Looks like they revamped the website too!

Ordered 2 dozen chocolate peppermint cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party. They were a huge hit. Moist, flavorful and just downright delicious. I couldn’t have asked for more. Customer service was impeccable, too. Loved how prompt Jenn was with responding to any inquiries I had. I’ll be back for sure.

Highly recommend Jenn! She is super talented with excellent customer service. We received tons of compliments about the cupcakes she made on our baby shower. We will definitely reach out to her again in the future. Thanks, Jenn! :)

I reached out to Jenn to create a smash cake for my daughters 1 year birthday as well as cupcakes for the party guests. I showed her some pictures of cakes and cupcakes that I liked, as well as the colors being used and she delivered beautiful items that matched the party perfectly. She showed up when she said she would and set-​up the display.
I chose a variety of flavors and they were all delicious.

6 chocolate Oreo cupcakes
6 lemon raspberry cupcakes
6 marble swirl cupcakes
12 vanilla Caramel cupcake with salted caramel butter cream
The smash cake was Vanilla blueberry and thankfully my daughter didn’t make a big mess with it, so myself and guests were able to sample it. So yummy!
She was super responsive and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely work with her again.

I called Jenn’s Cupcakes and Parties prior to 8am this morning to place an order. I found her business through Unilocal which has tons of great reviews. I was expecting to get voicemail but I got Jenn herself. I placed same day delivery ‘thank you’ cupcakes for coworkers at our San Ramon office from out of town. Jenn is friendly, professional & best of all makes yummy cupcakes (according to all my coworkers who received her treats today).

Ordered some cupcakes for my kids’ birthday party. First, Jenn was super communicative and really gave me a lot of different options for what I thought was a pretty obscure birthday party theme, science. I ordered more than I needed and had kids coming up after the party to see if they can take another one home with them. Great all around experience, highly recommend.

I live in Los Angeles and my honey lives in Hayward. I messaged Jen to see if a valentines cup cake order was possible? I was so impressed by her prompt reply, and her ability to fulfill my order on such short notice let alone one of her busiest days!

I am a very picky cupcake person. The only cupcake I’ve ever liked prior to this was Sprinkles cupcakes. I didn’t think anything could come close to sprinkles… Until I tried Jenns cupcakes. I was at café 4 and they were giving out her cupcakes for their anniversary. I got the red velvet (my all time favorite flavor). And omg, I just wanted more. I think it was the frosting that got me. It was the perfect amount of sweetness, velvety texture and just so good. I love cream cheese frosting and this one got me. I honestly think her cupcakes are better than sprinkles and that’s a really huge thing for me to say. I wish she had a stone front of some sorts so I could pick up a cupcake whenever I feel like it. I’m even craving one right now and am sad I can’t get one lol. Great cupcakes!!!

She offers her basic regular size cupcakes which are $ 22 a Dozen or $ 2.50 Each verse the $ 3.50 each a cupcake. The mini cupcakes are 14 a Dozen.

I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for a baby shower. The cupcakes were delicious (red velvet and cookies & cream) and Jenn make them look great with the dinosaur wrappers I provided and candy eggs on top! She delivered on time and made the whole process very easy (and tasty)! I will definitely order from her again.

Jenn did an outstanding job for our wedding in August.
My now mother in law is an real estate agent and one day stepped upon Jenn’s delicious cupcakes at an open house. She called me that night so excitedly and told me we found the baker for the wedding! that was almost a year before the wedding.
I am so glad we booked with her so early because her business is really blooming and she got really busy during the summer.
She will do a tasting session for all weddings. You can choose many flavors as you want and she will bring you these adorable mini cupcakes to your house. She will go through all the flavors and options of colors and all details with you. We did this in February. All of her cupcakes are delicious and its so hard to choose! we ended up with 10 flavors for the wedding.
Up to the wedding I contacted her so many times asking about the rentals, talking about the look I want for the cake table, just random ideas I got from pinterest etc.
She was always responsive and helped me through each step. 3 weeks before the wedding we met up at a Starbucks and talked about details. It was a weekend morning but she was totally into it and helped us envision the cake table. it ended up being like a 2 hour meeting and she did not complain a bit.
On the wedding day I was shocked when I saw the cake table. Too bad Jenn had left because I just wanted to hug her and thank her for doing such a beautiful job!
Jenn is not just a baker but an artist. She cares about every little detail and help you make your vision come true. She will set up everything so beautifully for you like what you see in wedding magazines.
Now everytime we see a guest from our wedding they comment about how good the cakes were.
It was truly an amazing experience working with Jenn and I cannot recommend her enough.
