Really bad service! Stuff seems just not to care about there costumers. I asked a question to the ultrasound technician and she annoyingly responded ! Not worth coming here go somewhere else!

Doctor is out-of-date with technology and is consistently late for appointments. TECHNOLOGY: he does not communicate with you via emails or a message form from a website. You need to physically show up for a formal appointment to talk to him face to face. He won’t even call you directly. People’s lives are busy and it would be great to have a quick communication with your doctor for certain things, such as interpretation of lab test results. TARDINESS: I have had two appointments with the doctor. First time, I had to wait in the doctor’s office for about an hour to finally see him. Second time, I waited for 30 minutes in an empty doctor’s office. I came by the front desk and they told me that the doctor hadn’t even arrived yet. WTF?! I had to go back to work, so I left without ever making another appointment. For these reasons, I’m switching doctors.

Very unsatisfied with the service from this office! I would love to see this doctor but they are not very good at scheduling appointments. I am a new patient and I called with strep throat and they refuse to let me see the doctor. Working in the medical office myself I know to schedule urgent appointments and the front desk receptionist refuses to help me get in, she is very rude. I am fully aware of a busy office but to not have ONE urgent slot to treat me is just unprofessional. I work right down the street from the for internal medicine and I do front and back office. I have been trying to get in since October and then I try calling because I got strep throat and I have children and she refuses to get me in until January 20th. I hope someone gets better service but I do believe they need to be more flexible with there schedule for patients.
